My husband and I just loved our 12 day stay at the Waterfront. The very personable hosts, Sue & Robin, went out of their way to make sure that we were happy and well catered for. A small example: when we asked Sue whether she...More

Like the previous reviewer I wish I could give this hotel a stellar review but that is not possible. I agree, the beach in front of the hotel is not usable. The sand is too coarse for walking on and you can not swim in...More

Everybody who has read any review on our site will know that the sand on our beach is not fine, white sand and that we are in a reef so that, for part of the year, it is no good for swimming. It is possible...More
We stayed here for a week June/July 2009 in the family bungalow. Weather good except for two nights, when it rained so much that it was hard to do the 200m walk to ”downtown” Bophut.

I chose the Waterfront because of what seems like unanimous praise for the property on Tripadvisor. But I was underwhelmed. I really liked the bedroom with its crisp white sheets and decorated liberally with orchids. The British couple that run the place are so friendly...More

I am so sorry that, if this guest felt unhappy and hassled, he didn’t make a point of telling us about the telephone problem at the time so we could have done something about it.. We are here most of the time, in fact I...More

It's Rick here,we've been to the lovely Waterfront 4 times now and love it,bungalow No3 has a really lovely view looking straight out across the pool and on to the beach....beautiful!! (Our friends always stay in that one) but the honeymoon suite is a really really lovely room looking straight out on to the island 'Koh Phangan' (very romantic) more expensive as you know, but I think well worth it as its a much bigger living space and nicer lay-out,we always stay in 'a room' or 'suite' as I do find the bungalows a little snug, but hay!!! What ever you choose your have a fantastic time-trust me, hope this helps a bit!
enjoy Rick & Jacquie 😎👍
