We had a fantastic stay here. The apartment was spotless when we arrived, the rooms very bright and nicely furnished. There was even a dishwasher in the kitchen (a luxury we don't have at home!). There is a balcony to the front and back, the front looking out on the town, the back looking out on the lovely Tuscan countryside. Karin, the owner who lives downstairs, is great. She was very helpful with tips as to what to do in the area. She also had a shelf in the communal hallway stacked with books guests can borrow and bottles of wine guests can take if they pay for them or replace them. I can only recommend this place. When we stayed there was just two of us, but there is another twin bedroom in the apartment, although the kitchen/living area seems a bit small for a family of four, but then again, most time is spent outside and on the balcony anyway!!
