Situated in the fantastic Tuscany landscape, the stay at Rocca del Palazzaccio Dolce Vita Living brings out the best the area has to offer. Close and convenient with a short bus ride to Florence with all the sights and attractions of the inner city and at the same time being to surrounding wine yards and other unique places like Certosa...

There is so much to enjoy and explore around in the Chianti district. And from Rocca fel Palazzaccio everything is close by. Airport, Lucca, Sienna etc etc close by. Firenze within half an hour by bus, But we felt that we didn´t want to leave the surrondings more then the "needed" sightseeing. Tavarnuzze has it all ;) Markets and good...

Such a great treat from the owner Jenifer. Great landscape and great hospitality. We got a small apartment. But a real one. Not like a big room. Great kitchen. The first night the owners had a BBQ with some friends and people that were in the the villa. A lot of wine. Overall we really recommend this place.

What a beautiful place and an unforgettable week. From our very first correspondence with Jennifer and Francesco we knew this was going to be an incredible trip; they were full of life and more than happy to answer any questions and give any advice that we might need, even offering to get breakfast and the essentials for us for the...

Our choice to stay at the Residence Rocca was largely due to its abundance of glowing customer reviews, and the outstanding customer service via email that we received from Jennifer prior to our stay. We were travelling as an extended family of 14, ages 4 to 81, touring Florence and Tuscany. Jennifer put our minds at ease by making many...

I cannot say enough nice and wonderful things about our experience. The location was perfect: just within walking distance to the bus to go into downtown, short drive to Pisa, and also there were multiple wine tours just at our fingertips. What made the stay were the accommodating managers that run the Residence. Jen booked all of my travel and...

First of all, the location of Residence Rocca del Palazzaccio worked very well for us. It was just 20+ minutes bus ride from here to central Florence, and so we were able to park our cars at the lodging and visited Florence unencumbered. Last bus is about 10:30 PM so plenty time to grab dinner or late museum visit before...

We spent a month traveling Italy as a family (2 adults, 2 kids aged 6 and 12) and had the pleasure of staying here for 6 days in June 2015. To say this place was a gem, and our favorite of anywhere in Italy is an understatement. Location, Location, Location: You simply cannot beat it! A short bus trip away...

What an AWESOME experience!! Jennifer and Francesco are the perfect hosts. From the very first email we knew we had found the perfect place to stay in Tuscany. Ideally located to Florence and so much more, as they both know the area so well, we got to see places and events that we would not have known about. The apartment...

“Had a look at other apartments and they all look good - a great selection to choose from delending on your group(s) and requirements”

“Apartment 7 is upstairs, so there is a flight of stairs. It was large and airy. Open plan living/ dining/kitchen, which everything needed. Large bedroom with loads of storage; large double bed, bunk beds, convertible sofa bed in living room. Bathroom with large modern sink, mirror above, bidet, toilet, shower cubicle. Good light, and loved the window arrangement with mesh panels to keep out mosquitos but double glazed window panes and wooden shutters which lock over that.”
