I loved everything about this place! My apartment was facing the sea, it was big and beautifully decorated ! The place is a bit isolated and takes some time to reach from Cebu city but once you arrive it will be worth it ( yep). Once there, you can easily rent a scooter and be independent. The food is nice and you can easily choose to eat in or out. They have a beautiful kept garden and a small swimming pool . The owner is helpful and extremely friendly and I loved the in-house dogs and play pool at night! I would definitely recommend this place even thought isn’t the cheapest option, it was definitely worth it for me!

Lovely get-away with 100% privacy. It almost feels like you are all alone. The staff is so discret but at the same time always there when you need them. Fresh breakfast and good food. Clean rooms with a view you can kill for.

After a long ride here, we were a little exhausted and car sick. We were greeted by a friendly face and shown to our room immediately. The room was simple, comfortable and clean with basic amenities. The water dispenser was a nice addition. It was low tide in the afternoon and too shallow to swim. However, the resort is just a short ride away from other popular beaches. Dinner was simple but made from the heart. Breakfast was freshly cooked and amazing! Unfortunately, we had to leave early and couldn't make it for breakfast the next day. The always helpful staff packed us a jam sandwich each and some fruits to go. Not forgetting the wonderful canine hosts, Stacy and D'Itac, who made our stay even better. Do not expect a luxurious fancy place. This is a simple small-scale resort that provides job opportunities for the community.

After a short flight from Manila and a three hour drive through Cebu City (we had peak hour traffic) and then across the hills of Cebu through towns and villages we reached a small seaside village just outside of Ronda. Turning off the main road we followed a dirt track that bought us to the beautiful paradise of 🌸 Les Maisons d’Itac 🌸 An out-of-the-way, peaceful place with clean and tidy grounds and amenities; a friendly and homely feel with great people; a laidback type of luxury with a castaway island vibe. 🏝 At the time of booking, communication was promptly received from the hotel in regards to transport options. We opted for (and recommend) having an airport pickup arranged. Further communications were also promptly received to answer questions on activities etc. On arrival the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful, and this was the case throughout the stay. The services and activities are clearly listed (and reasonably priced) in the hotels compendium. Transfers and in-room massages are all conveniently and efficiently arranged for you and charged to the room. Meals were fabulous, and we considered the food and beverage prices to be very reasonable. If you are into adventuring to off the beaten path but also like chilled, relaxed and a more laidback 5 star luxe (with the convenience of being able to have things arranged for you) then this place is it! It is not a massive flashy, commercialised 5 star resort- it is a beautiful boutique hotel. I feel I must say regarding the negative reviews, please note that the beauty of being in an ‘out-of-the-way’ boutique hotel is that it isn’t a huge, commercialised resort and is not in a main tourist area and so is not within walking distance to any shops, dining, shops etc. There are no tv’s in the rooms and wifi connection can be slow in the rooms, however is strong around the reception area (is that really such a bad thing 🤷‍♀️??) Our stay was wonderful- peaceful, quite, safe and clean. A day out snorkelling in Moalboal followed by lunch was guided by the hotel staff. A full day spent at the hotel was bliss- a long, lazy breakfast, drinks by the pool, delicious lunch, then kayaking over the reef (saw fish, corals & starfish) and collecting shells along the beach. Excellent accommodations and service. Highly recommend it. We are a family of 4 and absolutely loved our stay (I wanted to move in 😄) Great for families, couples or friends travelling.

Wow. Don't want to even waste my time to describe how poor this place was. Booked this place with 2 of our friends as the pictures looked good online. When we got there there was no signs, we pulled into what looked like an abandoned village with a ton of stray dogs around. No place to check in and we had to ask the staff to help take our bags to the room. They dropped our bags off at our villa and didnt tell us anything. There are no amenities, no wifi the pool is horrible and it was a complete waste of money. We stayed one night and left as we orignally booked for 4 nights but after seeing how bad it was on arrival we needed to get out of there. Unprofessional, ugly and not worth the money at all!!!!
