We arrived at Whitestone Lake Resort early for a show because we were told it could be sold out and were refused when we called to reserve tickets. We asked at the bar (after being ignored for 15 minutes) just to be told that the girls didn't know anything about the show (they had just told someone else that the...

Our group stayed for 1 week this summer in the cottages #3, 4, and 5. We were 3 families all with small children between the ages of 1 and 12. With a total of 13 of us. We have all travelled in canada and the world, and one of us is a travel agent, here is my review of this...

I had my first cottage experience very close to this hotel and 4 of our cousins stayed there as the cottage was full. But we had a superb brunch all together there on a sunday. The waitress was just perfect, patient with a merry group with a baby and took down all the orders right! The food was very good...

I was very puzzled after reading some of the reviews as this is a great place. I've stayed here 2 different times. The only explanation for the over the top negative reviews I can think of would be competitors being mischievous. This gorgeous quaint lodge with the nicest people (seems family run) is relatively brand new compared to other options...

Based on previous reviews I thought I was going to a resort from hell. I was apprehensive whether or not to join my friends on a week long trip last summer, but when I arrived I was glad I went. The view was amazing ! The beach , the walking trails and the canoeing were among my favourite. The food...

We were on our snowmobiles and i parked my sled on the snowbank in front of the entrance. While we were waiting for our food the waitress came and informed me that my sled was parked on the...

We booked a room in the lodge for 2 nights back in early September 2011. The room was large and clean apron arrival with a great view of the lake. Unfortunatly that was the "highlight" of the time spent there.... That night we learned how uncomfortable the bed was and forget moving around in it cause it seems like the...

We stayed in the lodge, not the cottages that are actually being torn down for timeshares. FYI there is no a/c in the rooms so if you go on one of those extra humid days the rooms become like saunas. The rooms were fairly large with sitting rooms and shower only in the washroom. They all have balconies with a...
