We came here for a kitesurfing weekend and had a fantastic time! Beautiful resort nested in Panwa Bay with direct access to the beach. Very serene scenery, beautiful gardens and turquoise blue 50m infinity pool by the beach. Pullman has a lot of activities to offer to kids and adults. The set up of the hotel is very well done as even when busy it still looks calm and peaceful, you can hear the birds singing and see butterflies flying. The facilities are also great, and the beachfront pool villas are amazing, spacious with the biggest bathroom and bathtub ever! The team is very friendly, we were hosted by William the Operational Manager who took care of us very well. We brought with us our puppy and everyone took care of him very well, he also had a fantastic time!Food wise the breakfast is amazing, lots of variety to choose from for everyone to be satisfied. Can't recommend enough this place whether you are a couple coming for a romantic stay (beautiful light during sunset and romantic evening atmosphere) or with your family and friends, all will accommodate very well. A great hotel, set in a beautiful location. The Pool Villas are Fantastic, spacious rooms with spectacular views out to the ocean. The staff are very friendly and offer a very high standard of service. They really went over and above their duties to make our stay special.

Even with COVID restrictions and reduce customer the service was excellent and food available was wonderful. Staffs always friendly and ready to do everything possible to help you. Room are clean at a high standard.
