Detailed Reviews
Our family stayed here recently for ten days and used all six rooms. Our daughters wedding reception was held at the Podere Novo and everything was perfect. The venue is situated in the most beautiful gardens with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. The accommodation was very comfortable and we enjoyed breakfasts on the patio. The owner was a very friendly, helpful and caring host and we would love to return someday.

Wonderful place, relaxing, breakfast in the luxuriant park with chirping birds all around is a dream, the owner is very friendly and attentive. We went there in August, when everything is overcrowded and busy by the sea and it was great to find this oasis of peace just few minutes from the sea. Great swimming pool as well, only for Podere Novo's guests.

We stayed here a couple of times over the past few years during weekends in Sperlonga. we always regret making it one night and not three. It's a refurbished farmhouse and barn in the middle of the countryside, just a short drive from charming (but busy!) Sperlona.
Beautiful garden, which my almost-toddler absolutely adored, cute swimming-pool, and all in all wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The owner is very nice, and was readily available for any request we had.
The room is big but cosy, but the bathroom is teeny-tiny. Just enough to shower, but no long relaxing hot bath or shower. For the price, I think you get well more than most places will give.
Note that they cannot cook lunch or dinner, unfortunately.

Kudos to Mr. Erasmo for making his farmhouse a beautiful and welcoming place to rest after hiking nearby. The breakfast buffet offers an assortment of Italian delights. The room is treated in detail with a very comfortable bed, private bathroom and water in the fridge, even the tap water in the bathroom is good to drink. A good rest is guaranteed by the tranquility of the area, the only sound of the surrounding nature. The courteous presence and availability of Mr. Erasmo completes an experience worth repeating.

Io non sono il proprietario del podere novo....magari...quindi le consiglio di telefonare alla struttura
"Upon reservation, I asked for a baby cot, but was misunderstood and instead got an extra single bed (not good for my 13-month-old!). If you need one, avoid surprises by making sure you clarify, and note that they only have one baby cot. I'm told most guests bring their own."Read full review
