Well I have been visiting this hotel on and off for several years. It is run by brothers Antonio and Alessandro with their mother Eva as well as Antonios lovely wife Mary. The welcome is always warm and friendly and the place is literally on the beach. I visited with some American friends recently and they fell in love with the place. The food is wonderful, the rooms are good and some face the beach, and they are so laid back ANYTHING is possible here. Wonderful out of season, spring and Autumn are the best times to visit.

The view over the beach and sea when you have breakfast is really amazing.

Recently spent 4 at this hotel for a friend's wedding. Everything from start to finish was fantastic, staff so friendly, manager very accommodating and spoke English to us which helped because we all struggle with Italian. Beautiful scenery and ambience.

This is ne of my favorite summer hangouts, but I've also already been there in April. The resort is located directly on the waterfront with it's own sandy beach as well as pool. The whole complex is set up as a small bungalow village with main building for central services (dining, reception, bar, coiffeur) and several surrounding buildings with the rooms. The staff is exceptionel friendly and helpful. In contrary to many other hotels I've seen, the whole services and equipments (tennis field, play area for kids, boats for watersport, gym, etc.) are not only there to show fotos in the catalogue, but are well-kept and ready to use.
Food is typical, breakfast european continental higher than national italian standard.
Guests are in high season 90% italian so if you want to integrate some italian language is helpful,
Located in the middle between Rome and Naples there are also plenty of activities apart from bathing and suntanning. The mountanious scenery of the back country offers in the more moderate weather conditions of spring or fall the options of hiking or mountain biking.

We had a lovely few days family holiday at Martino Club Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay. Antonio and all the staff were welcoming hosts, the food was excellent and it gave us a super short family break. I might get to try the hobie cat next time, but enjoyed pottering about on the water on the windsurfer & funboat. Many thanks and well done! Tony McCluskey

A sublime experience to say the least...the sea was enchanting.

A wonderful place with private beach and swimming pool located on the sea. Excellent service, food and staff. the owners are very nice people and always ready to satisfy customers' needs. Animation worthy of the structure and very engaging. Private parking inside the park. Excellent price/quality ratio.

The hotel is a small relaxing paradise directly on the sea, it could do with a refresh in some aspects, especially in the rooms, but nevertheless it is already perfect as it is for a few days of absolute rest in contact with the sea and nature

As indicated in the title, yes only the sea and the possibility of having a private beach are saved.
As for the rest, there is still much to do and review:
- slightly outdated rooms, the bathroom needs a refresh (there was mold in the shower and the unhygienic plastic curtain), and plastic towel rests (but oh well, they are choices);
- poor organization in general;
- we were left to our own devices, no one had given us precise information, we asked for it but it seems that we were also doing ourselves a favor by answering;
- the two owners are a little arrogant and not very friendly;
- umbrellas that were too close together, we didn't have space to put the sunbed or deckchair without invading the neighbors' space (and vice versa);
- last but not least, at check-out and the balance they made us pay more than what was agreed via email. It's not a problem to pay, but just be clear and transparent right away.

The structure is very beautiful, it's a shame that very important things are missed and relevant details are overlooked.

Quando ho soggiornato io gli animatori non c'erano perché bassa stagione, credo però che in questo periodo ci siano, la invito però a contattare la struttura per maggiori informazioni in merito.
