We are a Norwegian family, two grown ups and two children (13 and 15). We had never been in Kenya, nor Africa. We arrived in Mombasa after a relatively long journey. After a Taxi ride arranged by Kaskazi we arrived safely in paradise, An extreamely welcomming and friendly staff took care of us during the whole stay. The owners Hariett...

I have travelled extensively in Kenya, and can honestly say this beach house is an extraordinary experience. Only a short half hour from the hectic and busy beaches of Tiwi and Diani, you can stay here in this calm, beautiful and charming location. The staff are all excellent, the food very tasty and healthy, with fresh and local food being...

A typical day on our holiday at Kaskazi Beach House began with waking up to the sound of peacocks and parrots, before walking barefoot down to the beach or the pool to take a morning swim. The house is located next to the beach and only a short walk true the garden took us to an amazing beach and the...

Kaskazi House in Msambweni is one of those hidden gem that is becoming increasingly difficult to discover. The setting is fantastic: lush gardens right on a white sand beach in Msambweni, a place that is like Diani Beach used to be 20 years ago, and a beautiful house run by genial hosts Eilif and Harriet, with an amazing pool and...

We had been recommended by the owner of Kaskazi Beach House to first go for a Safari at Northern Kenya - Samburu Kalama, This became, for us, something special. At Kaskazi Beach House we were taken very much care of by the staff and the management. The owner willingly shared his knowledge with us about Africa and Kenya in special...

A great place to stay, and they helped us organize a lot of excursions and day-trips. The rooms are all decorated with east-african artifacts and furniture, and they all have fans (a must in this area, because of the heat and mosquitos). The food is freshly prepared everyday, and it is all locally made/grown. The homemade soups are excellent! There's...

I had only seen a few picture of the place before arriving and the it did not do the place justice. We came from Zanzibar and after a bit of "african massage" we arrived at Kaskazi Beach House. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff with drinks and cool towels. This place is nothing like the typical tourist places...
