If you want to get away from it all, this is the place to go, right in the center of the small village of Bosau. The hotel is located directly on the Ploner See, a lake that offers boat trips to the town of Plon on the other side. You can just relax, swim in the lake (or the indoor...

It had a terrace overlooking the lake and confining with the bar, a nice place where to sit and relax, have we had more time. A nice touch are the complimentary sun creams...

We stayed for the first time in this lovely little hotel while visiting our horses at nearby Majenfelderhoff. What a great spot! Staff is very helpful, the food in the restaurant was just fabulous and they closed off an entire dining room for our party as horse people tend to have loud fun. Will certainly stay here again.

We, my girlfriend and our 1 year old daughter, stayed 2 nights in late november in this very cosy and wonderful hotel. The room was very nice, with an amazing view to the lake to a very good price(probably beacause of the off season). The continental breakfast was very good with a large variety of topping for the warm bread....

Just come back from a short stay in Germany and spent one night at Strauers Hotel. The hotel is positioned right on the waterfront and we had a ground floor bedroom with patio doors leading out to the lake. The room was large and airy with excellent ensuite facilities. The hotel had a lovely indoor pool area but unfortunately we...

“Try room 201 at the end of the hall although some of the 2nd floor rooms have balconies, this room was really private and had a little side balcony. Be sure to have dinner in the restaurant!”
