My husband and I have just returned from 8 nights at Nanuya Island Resort. I was a bit disturbed after reading the previous report the day prior to arriving on the island but had nothing to worry about. We just made sure that our room was secure at night. We took the airconditioned Captains Lounge on the Yasawa Flyer which...

Nanuya Island Resort was absolute paradise, could not fault it except for the "peeping tom" that remains at large on the island. We had the most amazing time at this place for the first 5 nights - FANTASTIC FOOD, SNORKELLING, VIEWS and a wonderful intimate and relaxed atmosphere. However I woke in the middle of the night to find a...

We have visited Fiji many times over the past 30 years, mainland resorts, Mamanucas and the Yasawas and Nanuya Island Resort wins hands down. The staff, the resort concept, the location, the food and overall value for money is outstanding. Alfi the manager is a very clever man and has his staff doing the right things at the right times. It's...

I've stayed in a lot of places in the Yasawas, and Nanuya was easily the nicest of all of them. The bures are simply wonderful, the food was inventive and the staff were extremely helpful while allowing us to just enjoy our trip. We lost our luggage inflight and fours days with two outfits still didn't spoil the experience. I...

This is an eco resort so it's sort of like a luxury version of roughing it. There are only 12 bure on the island (technically the island is connected to Turtle island but only at low tide). There are more staff than guests but it was amazingly un-fussy. As previous reviewers have said, Alfie is incredible. The bartender (I wish...

We spent a few days at Nanuya Island Resort during our 1 month honeymoon in Fiji. The beach at Nanuya was gorgeous and the service was attentive. The pros: amazing beach, best massages in Fiji, attentive service, good (but not great) food, good trips, good diving, cave tour is really fun. The cons: the food is a bit overpriced, no...

My friend and I recently came back from Nanuya end of September 2010 and all we can say is we miss Nanuya, the people and the beach. When I think of a paradise I imagine blue waters and white sandy which is what Nanuya offers. The accomodation was amazing. We booked ourselves a bure and got ocean views every morning...

This is the second time we have stayed here and I can assure you it will not be our last, this resort is Heaven in our opinion. We all have different idea's on what makes a good holiday, Nanuya ticks all the boxes for us. The setting is perfect (Blue Lagoon),the accommodation (tree top bure) has everything you need including...

As with most trips, I'd agonised and researched for quite a while over where to go for our trip to the Yasawas. Nanuya came highly recommended on Trip Advisor, with what appeared to be an excellent reputation in all respects. Having now stayed there myself for over a week, I can safely say I was very happy with my choice....
