I would class this a a budget hotel. As long as you have that in mind, I believe that you would have a pleasant stay. We have just come back from a 4 night stay and found the room and common areas very clean. The bedroom was light and airy and had a very nice shower room. The staff were...

The rooms are not too bad, except for the fact that they face the State Road, so you must use the thick curtains all the time unless you want to be seen by everyone. The swimming pool is small, not deep and most of all FREEZING cold! The so-called "access to the beach" is a stinking, gloomy underpass, yuk! The...

We had a room with a balcony over looking Lake Garda, the views are amazing, the room was pleasant, airy & clean. The only let down for me, was that there was no tea/coffee tray in the room. However, the hotel was great, staff were friendly & there was a clean open air swimming pool & plenty of indoor or...

So to start with ignore the bad reviews from years ago, my wife and myself stayed in late May. Starting with the hotel itself, it has two different types of rooms, a front view and a side view, the front view are the original rooms and the side ones are newer, we had a side view one and it was...

I booked this hotel with booking.com for 2 adults and a child. We turned up to find something had gone with the booking process and they only had a reservation for 2 adults. The hotel policy was to accomodate a child under 7 free of charge in an extra bed so we had not realised there was anything wrong with...

We are currently at this hotel and I must say we had our reservations looking at all the tales told. The first thing to say is that the latest review was 2013, I think that says it all! We arrived here for a 5 day bank holiday weekend, and yes we were scared by the entries on TA. What a...

we stayed in this hotel while on a coach tour with National Holidays. The room was on the sixth floor and the lift was very slow and laborious - it was quicker to walk up the stairs than use the lift. the food was perfectly adequate - buffet style evening meal with some choice and usually a nice soup to...

Went in trepidation on reading the reviews but our visit to this hotel came about as part of a National Holidays package. I need not have bothered! The hotel was smashing, the staff were very helpful and pleasant and the room was just what you would expect in a hotel room. We got a front facing room with a balcony...

This sole hotel at Nevene, Malcesine, is the worst hotel i have ever had the misfortune to stay in for 6 days. My wife and i are over 80, and we asked for a low room, as we are both disabled, but we were given a room on the 6th floor, which is not served with a lift beyond floor...
