Run by the amazing Granthal sisters, Muchele is a gem. We've travelled extensively and visited some of the finest resorts in the world, but few places would be on my "I need to come back here" list. Muchele is on that list. The setting is idyllic, nestled at the base of a mountain, the surroundings are breathtaking. Whether you want to stay put and enjoy the two pools, the luxurious, spa the beautiful lobby, the well appointed rooms and their balconies, or you want to go out and explore the hundreds of incredible hikes, you can do it all at Muchele. And then there's the food. Patrick Holzner could easily be at the helm of a Michelin three star. The dinner menu is simply amazing. He changes his menu nightly based on the multitude of fresh offerings from the surroundings. Never saw Hibiscus on the menu, yet the Hibiscus ravioli is one of my favorites of the year. Truly this hotel is an amazing destination.

Perfection is subjective. One describes it as a great swimming pool. Another as great food. Some of us are eager to use definitions like "the ultimate place for relaxation". And yes, all of us dream about being treated like a famous movie star or royalty. Guess what, there is a family on this planet that seems to understand the recipe of giving you all of that. They own a business called Muchele. I call it a business, because it combines hotel, gastronomy, an impressive wine list (yes, IMPRESSIVE!), wellness, decoration and local products, customer service focus like the highest standard hotel you can ever imagine. It's a business, you pay for the product, but you will receive only satisfaction.
I love the smiles of the family, the smiles of the staff and the feeling of almost being part of it. Yet, you would never believe this oasis is located in Postal, of all places, not even isolated from civilization (like most of such places might). Recommendation: don't simply book hotel and breakfast, go for the full and include dinner service, trust me.

An amazing unique hotel in the most beautiful setting. It was our second visit there with our young children and it was their request to go back! The rooms are spotless and very comfortable, the decor is outstanding and so is the food. It has it all, swimming pools, a tennis court, a lovely spa and an amazing restaurant and wine cellar. The location is also very convenient as it is just off the highway and all the surrounding pretty villages are easy to reach. Everything just moves at its own pace at the Muchele, so if you can do it... go for it! We look forward to returning.

We absolutely loved our stay at Muchele. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff is fabulous. We felt like we were apart of the family from day one. This is the best stay we have ever had in Italy. Food is great as well and the owners are so friendly and hands-on. 10/10!

we had a very relaxing stay in this hotel!
modern design with particular furniture, that was chosen with taste and harmony - so that you are comfortable and have a pleasant view in the same time. wonderful king size beds - detail that is crucial for a regenerating sleep! the balcony with the relaxing are is excellent - you have even a shower on the balcony, just in case you need a refresh! rooms disposal is innovative! you have all you might need!
service is discrete! professional and attentive to all minimal details!
area dedicated to the restaurant is spacious - creating the impression of an intimate atmosphere!
wellness area and spa inspire coziness and you just can not resist to the temptation to enjoy a relaxing massage. also the hotel has a big garden where one can sunbath and drink a cocktail offered from the bar!
I might need more time to describe all the moments that characterize this great location, but you have to absolutely discover them by yourself!

thank you Muchele for the great vacation!
see you nest time!

I did not want to forget this great week of work!! happens few months ago in the very beginning of the Alto Aduge mountains! Winter was coming! But the family that owns Muchele make you feel warm at all times!! big rooms, internet working very zippy! The best cappuccino and breakfast variety! plus a smile and great service !! With an incredible wine list!! you can call this the best kept secret in Trentino! Alto Adige! With so much Tyrolese history ! MY italian helped lots! But everybody there is so service oriented and they manage the place as it's the RITZ ! And you are in cozy place overlooking the Dolomites!!!! Just few miles south of the Austrian border!! You will love this place!! if you enjoy skiing ! Is your place to spent winter!!

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time here. Highly recommended you go half board so you can get access to the very good breakfast and exceptionally good dinners. The dinners were just great, a real highlight. The wine list is also a very nice mix.

The room itself was great - not surprising given we were on the penthouse level. The view over the valley is nice and the rooms on that level are spacious.

Parking is free up top which worked well - saving us paying to underneath.

The spa is very nice but you should book your treatments in advance - wait until arrival and you may find all the spots booked up; we managed to get in for an hour on one of our days.

The pool is nice albeit small and generally busy. Its indoor/outdoor style which is nice. There is also a sauna and steam room and sitting room.

There is a nice well stocked bar. Staff are friendly and helpful.

There was only one negative - the internet access was quite literally the worst we have experienced in Europe at any hotel or airbnb or private residence. We had innumerable time outs and page drops and found it almost unusable. This was on both notebooks and both phones. Even a google search page at times was not pulling up. Oddly, one thing that worked always was Youtube - even when basic pages elsewhere were just 'blue circles of doom'. Fortunately fiber is coming in the fall but this was the one major failing for us.

When we arrive at the hotel we have the impression of being home in a large family property.
Warm welcoming. We were in the main building with a view of the mountains and the first swimming pool. The room is modern. The terrace area is large but thanks to the sophisticated decoration there are plenty of small and intimate corners. It also offers games near the bar (baggamon, cards, chess, etc.) so you feel like you're at home. There are garden areas with chairs near the trees. It's so cosy. There are two magnificent swimming pools. The SPA is very beautiful and the reading/silent room is beautiful.
For Art's lovers it is interesting and modern.
Beautiful works everywhere. Like in a big house.
The breakfast buffet is magical. Magnificent table with a great chef. Delicious. We feel good in the « apple fruits « region. AC works well - rooms all facing south.
The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom. Minimalist and cold and not enough lighting..

This hotel is amazing. The hotel is owned and managed by three sisters, who all speak English, Italian, and German. They are SO gracious and accommodating. The rooms are very modern with incredible views of the local, snow-draped mountains. The entire staff is friendly and ready to please at the drop of a hat. You MUST get the package that includes dinner. Each night they have a different 5 course meal which is like eating at a 5 Star restaurant every night. The food is INCREDIBLE! All local, unique cuisine fashioned by one of the finest chefs I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and, enjoying her amazing concoctions. You have to stay here when you go to Su Tyrol in the Northern Italian Alps.
