Naxos Imperial Resort & Spa is a brand new hotel built in the winter of 2008/2009 and is the only five stars existing in Naxos Island, also the only that works with ALL INCLUSIVE. It has a very nice position and it is situated near the third most beautiful beach of Greece in Aghios Prokopios. The hotel is situated at 4 km distance from the port and from Chora, the capital of the island, and only 2 km distance from the airport. By walking fifteen minutes, nearly nine hundred meters you can also find other tourist villages. Built in traditional Cycladic style, Naxos Imperial Hotel is perfectly integrated in the scenery of the promontory of Stelida. The hotel is composed of the main body and six buildings that are developed in a semicircle around it, each of them having two floors and most of the rooms having sea view. The access to the buildings is located behind the main pool. The structure does not provide rooms for the handicapped. Come experience Naxos with us...

It’s an overall experience. It combines beautiful large and clean rooms proximity to an amazing beach as well as to another hidden one with full access to amazing pools and other facilities. The location is strategic because it is very close to the main city of the island as well as all the major beaches

First time on Naxos and I can say that Naxos Imperial was the best choice I could make! We stayed in a Superior Sea View Room and we really enjoyed it. Our Room had view to the 2nd beach that they have and the sunset from there was really romantic (as this was the purpose of our trip). The beaches are just a couple of minutes away so we didn’t really need to go too far and that is also the reason why we chose to have dinner a couple of night inside the Hotel. It worths mentioning that the cuisine had a different theme and we tried the “Cycladic night” (food from around the islands) and the “Asian Night”. And they were marvelous.

There are two swimming pools but we mostly enjoyed the main one, as it was nice for relaxation and it always had relaxing and cool music.

The staff was amicable and always helpful! And despite Covid, they seem to have everything under control as the rooms were always cleaned properly & carefully, the staff was always wearing their masks and we were asked as well to use our masks when it was needed and gloves when we used the buffet.

Overall, Naxos imperial lived up our expectations and even more for what we were looking for, having in mind that “covid-summer” was interfering. Thank you for this experience guys!

Ps: Ask the reception to recommend you some of the available excursions!

I am not not sure about the official rating of this hotel. I would say this a good 3 star, a very dated 4 stars.
Overall, good value for money for the location and service.

The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the north end/ quiet end of Ágios Prokopios beach. A 15 minute walk to the village and restaurants.
Is is very clean and full of Greek and Italian families on the all inclusive option.
Rooms are sound proof, with nice blackouts and excellent air conditioning.

Kristina and Manolis at reception are super helpful. They really make a difference to your stay.

However…
The hotel is dated. It probably had its days of glory many years ago. Although everything has been repainted and looked after, the bathroom fittings and furniture are old, including the mattress.
The mattress is really awful- hard and you can feel the springs.
The Wifi is rubbish everywhere and non existent in rooms. But then internet connection in Naxos is not good overall.
Breakfast is a bit chaotic. Many options, but nothing really tasty.

The hotel is extremely overpriced. The facilities are not properly maintained, it is focused on Italian tourists only, COVID safety measures were not maintained and the room was below expectations. The faucets were rusty, the fridge was leaking and was also rusty, the bathtub was broken in places and there was a problem with ants in the room every day!

We spent a great time at Naxos imperial. All the staff is very kind , friendly and professional . They all do their best for the guests to make it unforgettable. Special thanks to Maria and Marko on the swimming pool . The hotel and rooms were very clean. Food is delicious.  Rooms are very cosy and with fantastic views.  (Our room was near the hotel beach where sunset is amazing ). Hotel location is very good as you can choose to stay in their beach or to go to Agios Prokopios (one of the most beautiful beaches of Naxos). Stelida is also near to be reached by walk.

We have completed a fantastic stay at the imperial hotel at Naxos. The standards of service and cleanliness were exemplary and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone. A special thank you to managers Manolis and his female colleague ( I apologise but I did not get her name) where no request was too much trouble. I certainly will stay there again some day.

The rooms were fantastic—spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Rooms 703 and 704 were my favorites! The beach was just a three-minute walk away with easy, direct access. The food was excellent, especially the desserts, which were outstanding!

The staff deserves special recognition for their professionalism. They remember everyone and go above and beyond to accommodate every request.

Answer from Ruben F
