I have read several reviews which range from 1 to 5 and I feel that I share some experiences with all of them. How is that possible? It depends on the room you stay in PROS Help desk and management (George) were extremely friendly and helpful (by far better than the average) Nice facilities including pool and tennis court Good...

Late august 2015 stay...the hotel pool very clean, maintenance every morning. Yes beds are hard, but the same as Chania and Heraklion. Bathroom fixtures old, but fairly clean. Breakfast simple but good amount. Front desk had short hours, but super helpful when needed. Distance from main town requires taxi, local village 1.5km walk, probably not ideal for those who want...

Pros : good location, nice view, shabby chic type buildings. Nice tennis court. Cons: no staff around for any help/complaints. Dirty rooms, filthy pool water, disgusting bathrooms that stink. Hotel policy states that they change linen every 3 days...during summer with 38 degrees outside NOT THAT CONVENIENT..Breakfast is poor and people serving it are rude. Reception is like the lottery,...

Pros: Style matches the Greek culture. Wooden barns doors. Old rustic feel. Pool is nice. View is amazing. Mini bar woman was very nice! I liked her! Cons: Very HARD beds. Not easy to sleep. Needs a shuttle. It's far away from everything, like 20 minutes. No one is at hotel at night. Very strange. Breakfast is not the best.

The most beautifull hotell I seen on Naxos so far. Lovely pool and friendly staff! We felt at home at once, both adults and teens. The whole hotel is so clean and beautiful with amazing views of the sea and Naxos town. Its cheap to rent a car or a scooter so the distans to the town or nearby beaches...

Ive seen some reviews and cant understand the bad comments. It's not the four seasons and it's not supposed to be!! I've stayed there and it's very good value for money. I love the island. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and tidy. Good memories
