The hotel is built in an ecologically sensitive manner and exploits its hill side location to minimise the effects of heat. All rooms boast a sea view as the hotel is downwind of a beautiful lagoon used by the windsurfers for whom a light to moderate breeze is optimal – flags flying to papers blowing about. The wind direction whilst... More

Despite the friendly receptionists , the name of this hotel 'PALACE' has absolutely nothing to do with reality!! We got extremely disappointed especially with the meals we had already paid for. Poor quality food and service!I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone for their summer holidays whatsoever!

We stayed at the Naxos palace hotel in late September and was not disappointed. This is a great location to stay and is about 15 minutes from the local beach. Rooms are clean and roomy and have great views. The bathroom is unusual for Greece in that it had a proper shower which meant that the bathroom did not get... More

Very nice hotel built according to the local architect. Staff is very helpfull and polite. rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast has a big variety of food. Very big swimming pool and the best outdoors jacussi I had ever used. Situated in the highest level of hotel, you can enjoy a coctail from the pool bar listening to the chill-out... More

This could be a really nice hotel, apart from the awful boring food and very noisy dining room, we didn't find the location a problem even though we were travelling with an older group, we felt it lacked attention to detail, like the hard lumpy pillows and mattresses, shutters that rattle, drains in bathrooms that smell, the rooms were kept... 3rd time in Naxos and we chose again to stay in Naxos Palace. Quality excellent as with our previous visit. This time we had the chance to rent a car from the friendly staff members at the reception. Breakfast buffet even better than the last time. Location is key, as you are equally close to the city and S. Prokopios... More

The hotel is about 15 minutes from the ferry and there are regular busses into town. It claims to be 800yds from the sea, but that is as the crow flies. It is possible to walk into the village and to the beach. It is about a mile/15 minutes but it is along the main road with no footpath (mostly... More

What I really enjoyed during our stay at Naxos Palace Hotel were its location with easy access to the beach and the city centre, the clean and spacious rooms, the variety of breakfast options and the best cocktails in town! The staff was really friendly and welcoming and made me feel like home. I wish there was a coffee maker... More
