Having read the recent reviews I arrived with some trepidation !! Reception - welcoming and helpful. Room - clean, functional, comfy and superb view Air Con - typical Greek... Slow to start but worked well. Breakfast - great choice. Usual fruit juices, coffee, tea, water from water cooler. Cakes breads pastries etc. cooked breakfast comprising bacon sausage scrambled egg beans...

Has the appearance and feel of a Hotel in trouble struggling to stay afloat. Needs money spending on it to bring it back to where it once, obviously, was and maybe could be again. Appears to lack management and leadership, staff are slipshod because they are allowed to be. On a recent 15 day holiday to the Greek Islands we...

This is a modern clean hotel which is let down by the location. the nearest beach is 1km away and you are walking on a long winding road with traffic whizzing past and not to be done at night. there is a shuttle bus which takes you into Naxos but again no night service. friendly staff and the rooms are...

Stayed as part of a SAGA group on half board basis. Accommodation beautiful, little rooms set in lush grounds with small private balcony/terrace. Bathroom and bedroom were both clean, well decorated and comfortable. Pool was literally just outside our terrace and was warm and inviting. We have mobility problems so didn't venture into town, but most of the group got...

The Naxos Palace Hotel is situated at the top of a small hill. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff is friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, with a large pool surrounded by the various stone and stucco buildings that make up the rooms. It's spread out, never too...

Part of a Saga tour. This hotel had excellent rooms with good views of the surroundings. The pool was lovely but the it lacked sunbeds with sunshades. The pool bar was run efficiently although one young man needed a little more training as I was totally ignored on one occasion. The buffet area was small the choice of food was...

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful views. Very clean and well furnished. Staff are very nice. Beautiful pristine pool. Food was average. Location too isolated for me. Best treat was the wonderful view of the bay from room balcony. Gorgeous gardens.

I stayed here with my partner between the 9th and 14th June. As soon as we stepped into the lobby we knew how upmarket and luxurious the hotel really was. We had a "Superior room" (409) which had a wonderful sea view and a beautiful balcony. The room was equipped with a large double bed, bathroom & large shower, fridge,...

This hotel does not deserve the negative criticism. It lies between Naxos town and Agoios Propopios, the latter is within walking distance. It's poss. to walk to Naxos town along the beach. The hotel also has a shuttle bus and the staff will also make extra trips on request. The hotel has an impressive and relaxing lobby, the rooms are...

This hotel nice, but outside town so you feel very cut off. Nice pool, and views of town and beaches in distance. Good for walkers, bay over hill but a walk. You need a car or some transport though bus is about 4 times a day. They also run shuttle bus. As we went with 'Saga' on this trip for...
