A friend and I stayed in Room #1 this past week for 3 nights. The room is spacious, modern and comfortable. Property is beautifully maintained. Most notable is the friendliness of the staff. From the check in to the restaurant, everyone was so nice and helpful. Also the breakfast and food at the restaurant is really delicious. The croissants and home made bread are not to be missed!! Thank you for a wonderful stay - highly recommend.

We had apartment 51 - which was in block away from the main hotel area and you accessed via 10 second walk around onto the road (road is single track and super quiet) so you had total peace and relaxation. Large apartment with two large double bedrooms. Must highlight that one of the bedrooms has large glass fronted shower behind the bed - thus you will get to know your room mate quite well by the end of your stay!! The other bedroom has a more discreet shower with sliding door which is not glass or see-through. Outside the property we had lovely secluded terrace with table/chairs, sun lounger, large bed for sunbathing and Jacuzzi. The main hotel area has a pool area which is adjacent to the main bar and restaurant facilities. We also took advantage of the bikes which were free to hire from the hotel - and these were battery/electric powered - so cycling was very easy!! We made a tour of the island - the roads are basic and many are dirt tracks. There is a beach nearby maybe 500m walk away. Staff are super friendly although reception area could be a little manic at times, but staff were always smiling and happy to assist.

From arrival to departure I couldn’t find fault. From the reception staff to bar staff it was service with a smile and helpfulness. The rooms (we were in room 7 on the ground floor leading out to the pool) were large and had everything we needed. All in all a delight and I would certainly stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The receptionist who checked us in filled us in on wonderful things to do while visiting the island. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of teas, fruit, cheese, pastries, freshly baked bread and we were offered omelettes or fried eggs in addition to the scrambled eggs available at the buffet. Lunch was also amazing...the sea bass cooked in a mountain of salt, was one of the best I have ever had. It's a favourite dish of mine and requires a lot of care from both the cook and the waiter serving. I can not recommend enough. The location is beautiful and very relaxing. The apartment was splendid, great amenities, with a terrace or balcony facing the pool and the benefits of a kitchenette so you don't need to leave the room to enjoy a coffee in the morning. 5 star plus stay. Thank you!

Just back from a week at paraiso de los pinos. The staff were very warm and friendly and were very attentive to our needs. I had some extra requests in advance of arriving as we had a 1 year old baby and they answered all our needs. The room was great, lots of space and very comfortable and we walked out from the terrace at the back into the pool area, which was so perfect. The restaurant was excellent...breakfast was included in the rate and the quality was high - fresh fruit, ham, cold meats and smoked salmon, cheeses, coffee and pastry. You could also have scrambled eggs and bacon. We also ate at the restaurant in the evenings a few times as our baby was early to bed. The menu was varied and the standard of food was very high - also a great wine list! We had a very happy stay.
