Central location,we had a pool suite room with living room and bedroom. The bed was very hard but very quiet even though right in the centre. The breakfast was not good, coffee was awful. Lovely beach and lots of good beachside restaurants and great places to eats in the centre.

Big spacious bedroom - we had a garden terrace room which was perfect but could have been quite noisy at night if it had been one nearer the road. If you are a light sleeper you might be better asking for a poolside room .The location of the hotel is great , right in the middle of the main street...

Am Samui was a nice hotel with super beautiful pool area. We had a pool suite room with a living room and a bedroom. It was with a large terace facing the pool. The aircon was near the bed in the bedroom, so we used just the one in the living roon at nights. The bedroom and the bathroom were...

Stayed at the Am Samui Palace for 3 nights (5-8th Jan). Great location right in the heart of Lamai. We were concerned after reading other reviews that there might be a lot of noise fromt he various clubs and bars, but we did not hear a thing. It probably helped that we stayed in the pool front rooms, a little...

I guess the ever present dilemma of staying in a busy, developed touristy area is whether you choose a mass production hotel, big, lots if guests where you're just a number or you go for a more family run business where you risk terrible breakfasts and dirty manchester. This place is very big, rooms are reasonably clean- however the shower...

If you want to stay in the heart of Lamai, then this is your choice. Walk to the left and you have Soi's full of bars, walk to the right and you have beer bars with the Muay Thai Boxing Ring in centre, go straight across the road and you are in the Night Bazaar, cut through hotel out the...

This resort is in an amazing location right in the heart of Lamai yet so quiet from the main drag. The staff are superb, the cleaning staff respectful (I don't like my rooms cleaned every day) and the gardens were beautiful. I was very unlucky to start my stay with two very selfish Western familes who put towels on all...

My partner and I have just returned from our second stay at the Am Samui Palace. This hotel is excellent, the rooms are a good size and spotlessly clean, and the buildings, pool and grounds are kept immaculate. The staff are very friendly and helpful, yet respectful of your privacy. The location is good too, being just off the main...

Good size clean rooms overlooking stunning spacious pool. Good safe in room. Ground floor room recommended but if you want to spend a touch more the big suites are amazing. Very quiet night and day and would rival much more expensive hotels for value. The best location in all Lamai with 30 sec walk into very centre of town but...

I must say I was positively surprised when have reached the hotel after long trip from BKK. It was clean, new, friendly staff, great swimming pool ....for the money we paid really no complaints at all (ok the breakfast was quite poor but the store is just 50 meters should you need more). The beach was another 100 m with...
