After a problem with our first room the hotel changed our room which was much better, perfect room with no problems. Staff are great and friendly, they always work with a smiles on their faces. Its in a great location with amazing views everywhere you look, sea is gorgeous Could do with a few more sun beds but that's only...

Stayed here back in 2011 on a budget. Couldn't have asked for better for the price we paid. Staff are friendly, food was good and so was location. We didn't pay the extra for an air conditioned room, if we had to it again we defo would have. Would stay here again no probs :)

We spent three nights in this three stars hotel. We had a wonderful beach view top floor room. The room was great and very clean . The beach is also great especially for swimmers though when you have waves they con be a little rough there. Location is great and the pool though small is quite lovely. The only problem...

The hotel is average, the pool outside the back is nice but doesn't look like its cleaned that often and the whole place looks nothing of the paradise photos you see on booking.com etc! Staff were very nice and when out air conditioning leaked they fixed straight away. Lamai beach is terrible! A lot of older people in this place,...

The location of this place is fantastic. Its at the quiet southern end of lamai beach. Which means less crowds, its basically only resort guests that hang out here. The gardens in the resort are beautiful & the restaurant is ok. The staff are lovely & your room is cleaned daily where they will also change your bath & beach...

We spent a week here towards the end of our trip. The first few days were spent in a fan room, which was a little too warm in the nighttime, so we upgraded to an air-con room, which was much better. The resort provides a swimming pool, sun loungers and a good restaurant. The room had a television, fridge and...

Friendly and helpful staff, good location with a pool right next to the beach. Also, we got a free upgrade because we were getting married. The cheaper rooms have the Thai 'shoilet', but the more expensive ones have separate shower and toilet. You get what you pay for.

Nothing special here. Rooms are ok, dirty sheets, power went out our first night. Staff are not attentive and are very young. It is on the very south end of the beach so there is nothing close. No breakfast included. Restaurant food is good. I would keep looking for another hotel. Also Lamai beach is filthy, we are moving to...

I stayed in one of the less expensive rooms, and it was nothing special. Rather small, very hard bed, no chair in the room. This is a tropical area, so there are mosquitoes and ants, but that is just the nature of the environment, no reflection on the hotel. The staff was all super friendly, and they all spoke pretty...

Good solid standard of Thai service, friendliness, hospitality and cleanliness. Every budget can stay here and enjoy the services. Pool next to the beach - the best we have seen on Lamai strip. The staff help where ever they can and the food is top notch. Come here - you won't regret it.
