Ocean Social restaurant at Eden Roc was great! Our waiter, Pierre, was amazing! He was so attentive and polite. He strongly recommended the Garden Pizza and it was soooo delicious. 100% recommend eating here and staying at the hotel!

Such a lovely hotel, a great Iocation and the bars/restaurants were fab. Live music and bands were great. Special mention to George (mini Daniel Craig) in Tapas restaurant and Apostolis in bar - he makes great cocktails!

Came here with my friend for a week in October, 12-19th. Had a fabulous week. We stayed in a standard sea view room (1st floor), and had amazing views over the main pool and the sea. We were above the main bar area, only one night that we noticed a lot of noise but that was due to a big group of very rowdy people who were still sat out drinking and shouting until the early hours. Normally once the bar closes it’s very quiet (and we’re not ones who go to bed early!). The restaurants were amazing, so much to choose from. You have to book them on an app once you check in, we couldn’t book a couple of them as they were fully booked but it wasn’t a problem, we also did the Dine out option in the village, delicious food and plenty of it. Cocktails at the main bar were great, the staff work so hard, I must mention the barman Apostolis at the main bar, there were a couple of cocktails that he hadn’t heard of but when I told him what was in them he made them perfectly. The room we had was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. We were greeted with a glass of champagne on arrival at the hotel. I definitely recommend this lovely gem of a hotel, I think with so many people returning year after year it speaks for itself. I’ve booked to come back next October 😁. If you’re thinking about going, I would say to just book it, you’ll love it.

Everything was perfect at this hotel. Amazing setting and staff, food, rooms were all excellent. Sun beds were very comfortable, little water park was ideal for my 10 year old. And the beach location is out of this world. We will be back

Visited here with my boyfriend in September and it was above and beyond my expectations! Everything from the staff to the food was amazing. We booked the garden view bungalow which was spacious and clean. The only downside was that the wifi wasn’t the best and the aircon was quite confusing to use but the housekeepers fixed this for us. The choice of food here is amazing and even the buffet was great especially for lunch time options. The gyros at lunchtime at the beach buffet were so good! Our favourite restaurants were the Mediterranean restaurant and the Italian. The all inclusive drinks and cocktail choices were great and not watered down, something which is expected for all inclusive hotels. The massages were amazing, the staff were so incredibly friendly and the entertainment in the evening time was great. Private beach and pools are lovely and plenty to do during the day including the slides, mini golf and tennis. My personal favourite thing about this hotel was the kittens that live there! The bus stop is about a 10 minute walk down the road if you want to explore Rhodes. I could go on and on but I would definitely recommend this resort if you are looking for a relaxing trip in the sun, it’s worth every penny!

This hotel is brilliant. There was nothing outright bad We were greeted with the first question of ‘can we get you a glass of Prosecco?’ Which was a great start at nearly midnight local time! Then there was a small hot buffet available for late arrivals which was great I’d never had a selection like that before for late arrivals. The pool areas were clean and maintained, not quite sure why the pool water was saltwater but I personally wasn’t too phased by this. Sure people reserved sunbeds but that happens wherever you go regardless of policy although while we were they they did come around in the last couple of days with a little note to everyone to stop reserving beds so I don’t know if that changed since, but we ultimately always found somewhere around the main pool. Anytime of day there was food and drink available it seemed, maybe not early hours or middle of the night, but generally you wouldn’t need that but even then they would be accommodating to help with this undoubtedly. The food was probably the best I’ve had in an all inclusive, the a la cartes were all good, but my highlight was the Peruvian which was the best, the meze and the Greek were the best ones, we didn’t manage to go to all of them but I think we did 5 of the 7 available, And the buffet restaurant was good too there was always a bit of variety of cold dishes and hot dishes and lovely salads and bread. There were live cooking stations too. My girlfriend is vegetarian and there was always plenty for her to have. Then there was food and snacks at the beach bar between 12-5 I think which was always tasty. The drinks I felt personally were good quality and there were branded drinks available as part of the all inclusive package. My girlfriend wasn’t as keen on the cocktails but was happy with the sweet Prosecco they had and a few other drinks. The beach breakfast was pleasant too and there was no need to book here or at the little a la cartes breakfast near the patisserie. So overall nothing but good from me! The animation team were good not that we really got involved with too much, and the evening entertainment was good, could be better but then this always comes down to taste and budget of the hotel but most nights were entertaining which is their main job! Room was nice enough but we weren’t in there that much but nice design, don’t think it was cleaned everyday but realistically I don’t think that needs that anyway. The staff were flawless, end of peak season and some were working everyday we were there and were still always smiling, helpful and welcoming and happy to help! Location was good just a bus ride to Rhodes town, there was a daily bus that came to the door at a certain time to take you in the mornings , but apart from that the bus stop was just at the end of the drive Overall had a fantastic holiday and would recommend to anyone, and would recommend Rhodes to anyone!

Our stay at Eden Roc hotel was excellent ! The hotel's 7 restaurants offers an a fantastic choice for relaxing and enjoyful dinners and there are plenty of bars to offer a huge selection of coctails, wines and beers. We booked an all-inclusive 7-night stay which it was an excellent value for money and the only regret was that we should have booked it for 2 weeks instead of one. The hotel has a lovely and very large swimming pool which we used daily but we also swam at the sea as the hotel has its own beach and it offers a choice of water sports too. The hotel staff was very professional, helpful and genuinely polite and deserve a big thank you for making us feel content throughout our stay there. We played tennis daily and used other sport facilities like mini golf, padling and the gym. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from Rhodes town and this made it easy for us to visit the old town and the town's other attractions. The hotel also offers daily entertainment so there is no need to leave it until you have to return home. Overall, this was a fabulous experience. Welldone EdenRoc!

An amazing hotel right on a private beach, with crystal clear water, but beach shoes recommended. Beautiful scenery. The old town about 20 minutes from hotel and very affordable to get to from resort. Taxi was only €14.50 Plenty of sun beds next to pool. Pool Zumba, Water Gym or Yoga that’s only a few activists that were going on almost daily. Hotel also has a gym with beautiful view. Evening entertainment was great. On some days it was hard to choose what to go for. Food was also amazing. Despite of me being vegan, I have been taken good care of. Rucla one of the main restaurant crew member made sure of that, along with other members of the restaurant. Super friendly staff in the whole resort made our stay at resort even more great. Special thank u to Sybel and Apostolis on the main bar, and George on the indoor champagne bar. They were the best!

Stayed in the pool suite and found it quite dated though comfortable. Completely let down by the fact we could not get a booking for the restaurants we wanted despite being told to try on the app on the first night, then when unsuccessful being told we should have seen guest services. Ate at the grill, was poor, though the Italian was good and the buffet too was good, it was disappointing to have been unable to go to any of the others at all. Also had to eat early and late to get a booking. Is a definite staffing shortage, pool bar tables were left uncleared and there was issues with beds most days, though beach was better, wouldn’t recommend pool suites at all if you can avoid. Drinks were okay, usual all inclusive standard and location was okay but not for walking. Entertainment was very good, especially local dancers. In all hotel was okay, let down by poor booking system.

I recently returned from a weeks holiday here with my daughter (aged 13). What a beautiful hotel! We were greeted by friendly reception staff in the early hours of the morning with glasses of champagne. Once checked in, there were light snacks available in the buffet restaurant before we went to bed. I was a bit apprehensive about going away as a solo parent with a teenager but I needn’t have worried. We were made to feel very welcome. We spent the majority of our time in the main bar & by the pool and never had a problem in getting sun beds. Staff in the main bar were absolutely wonderful, always smiling especially Apostolis who went above and beyond his role to make sure we were having a lovely holiday, including making my favourite cocktail (not on the menu) and his own drinks which were very nice! Evening entertainment was very good overall. The tribute singers were all incredible. There isn’t a lot to do in the immediate area, but this isn’t a problem as we were able to get a taxi from the hotel to Rhodes Old Town for 14 euro and return for 11 euro. There is also a bus a short walk away which I believe is 2 euro each way. There is so much history on Rhodes, I wish I had longer to explore! The only negatives about the hotel would be it isn’t very clear regarding the restaurants, as they change name in the day / evenings and timings on the app were different to on the day. Also, the room walls are extremely thin in the main building meaning I had sleepless nights listening to snoring from the room next door. Reception staff were more than accommodating though and offered another room immediately.
