A nice place to stay for a family holiday, but for couples, I would suggest a smaller and quieter one,staff were lovely, nothingto moan about ,food was a bit boring but this usual for hotels just go ,it's fine
Nice room, very clean and the service is very good. they offer 15 minutes massage in the spa for free for new arrivals which is nice. the beach is very nice and then minutes walk from the beach you can take a boat ride.

We stayed here for 2 nights over a weekend. We did not have a choice of the hotel because it was part of a package.

Yes, but don't ask at reception as it will cost you more. There is a kiosk and taxi stop opposite the hotel gate where drivers wait for customers. They advertise the price as 10 euros to Rhodes town for up to 4 passengers, but you can negotiate if business is slow. The bus costs 2.40 euros each.
Taxis are cheap and the price is regulated, prices to all the main destinations will be posted on a board so you won't be ripped off.
