Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites & Spa is esteemed by guests for its serene ambiance, spacious and immaculate rooms, and a prime location that's a short stroll from Santa Eulalia's attractions. Despite the peaceful setting and diligent staff, some guests mention service can be hit or miss, with occasional poolside and spa upkeep concerns. The hotel's costs, particularly for beverages and the buffet, are often viewed as steep, prompting visitors to question the value for money.

This was our second stay at this hotel which we really enjoyed, and this is my second review of it.
We booked Bed & breakfast as we like to sample the numerous bars and restaurants just a short distance away within the local area. The variety of choice & quality of the food at breakfast is outstanding. We tried lunch at the pool bar on one occasion which although very nice, was quite expensive compared to eating outisde of the hotel. The sunbeds around the attractive pool area are extremely comfortable. There is a lot to like about this hotel but it is not a cheap option. My husband and I particularly like to use the Gym & spa facilities which are normally good quality and included in a 5 star hotel such as this. For such a large hotel the gym here is quite small & it feels claustrophobic particularly if there are several other people using it at the same. Use of the indoor pool & spa facilities are only available at an extra charge which in my opinion is quite expensive. It's disappointing it's not automatically included for guests or offered at a substantially reduced price. Also on some days unfortunately our room was not cleaned quite as thoroughly as on our previous stay. Also even though they offer a pillow menu, we still found some of the pillows were not particularly comfortable to sleep with.

Lovely hotel on the edge of an inlet, a 20 min walk to the main restaurants and shops! It was fairly quiet so easy to get a sun lounger and pool towels available at no cost or hassle. Pool
Is very large but very cold, could do with heating it a little more!
Breakfast very good!
Restaurants were closed so only had breakfast and lunch in the hotel! Lunch at the pool bar was ok but nothing special.
Room was slightly disappointing, we had two junior suites (interconnected), I felt these rooms were dated especially the bathrooms, walk in shower was one of the worst I’d seen, door opened inwards so very awkward and it wasn’t a modern shower or powerful!
No water in the room too which I found strange for a 5 star hotel! Room towels were old and thin, generally needs an update.
Aircon was noisy during the night.
Staff great very helpful and friendly!

We're currently staying in the Insotel Fenicia, in a junior suite with a lovely roof terrace and jacuzzi for private sunbathing.
The staff are exceptional, both around the hotel and in the dining room. Breakfast is typical for this class of hotel with a wide selection of continental and cooked options including omelettes made to order.

I've read complaints about water not being left in the room and the bathrooms being "tired" and in need of updating. We're in 1405 and it's very large and very modern, with a beautiful bathroom, and there are two bottles of complementary water left every day, plus we found a bottle of cava and some sweet morsels on arrival. Most appreciated. There is also a nespresso machine.

Dinner is varied and ample. It's a short wine list with nothing special but there are a few under €20. A minor quibble is the cost of water in the restaurant which seems overpriced. They stock still water at €5.50 per half litre and for some reason only 33cl size bottles of sparkling. At that price one might at least expect a litre of either.

The hotel is in a quiet though very pretty area and in mid-May it's not at all overcrowded.

I'm bemused by the negatives I've read here, and also by the fact that there appear to be no reviews from October 2021 to March 2022. Perhaps the hotel was undergoing renovations? Either way, we are thoroughly enjoying our stay and have vowed to return next year at the same time. The weather has been absolutely perfect I'm delighted to say, although I can't credit the hotel with that success!

Had the most amazing service and holiday here in August, for a very fair price, this hotel offers a peaceful holiday, in a central location, with spa, fitness centre, so many pool areas, right by the beach, brilliant cuisine, I could go on and on for a long time, we adored our holiday. From the start to the farwell all days were perfect and all staff made our time there an unforgettable one. For breakfast we could not pick, there were so many options that went on for days. High marks Insotel.

I was travelling with my teenage daughter. We had a lovely week and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Really great restaurants along the harbour front, moments from the hotel. Only the buffet restaurant was open for an evening meal and we ate there one; my advice would be to avoid. We had a bed and breakfast deal abd the cost was very high and the standard poor. Breakfasts were good (especially the omelettes) and the cafe by the pool good for lunches and drinks, if pricy. Variable levels of service, depending on the individual. Some waiting staff are fantastic and some much less helpful. Occasionally brusque / rude service, especially at breakfast. Good reception staff. More info about activities in the local area would be useful. Rooms pretty basic for the price I felt - no added extras at all. Little details like slightly less cheap toilet paper, free water etc would go a long way towards feeling more 5*. Spa treatments very good but expensive.

We have just got back after a very long awaited holiday after these difficult times. We were not disappointed the hotel was fantastic, the staff tried their hardest to make you feel welcome, everything was explained to us about Covid restrictions about wearing masks, the reasons for fewer sun beds, certain items such as the minibar on request and even help arranging Covid testing for your return trip.
We had a lovely Junior Suite which was spotless, towels etc changed every day and nothing was too much trouble. They have a buffet breakfast where the choice was excellent and well presented and also the evening meal which was of equal good quality. The pool bar served lovely snacks during the day and plenty of delicious ice creams.
I simply cannot fault the hotel or its location and would like to congratulate all the staff on providing such a good service. We are already planning on going back later this year or definitely next summer. Definitely 5*. Thanks Fenicia for a lovely holiday

This was my second visit to this lovely hotel, the last time was 6 years ago. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a pleasant 5 minute stroll to the beach, shops and restaurants . Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with lovely beds. Everything was extremely clean. However, I think for a 5 star hotel, they ought to provide water in the rooms, and tea and coffee making facilities. Not sure why they don’t.
The breakfast buffet is wonderful, with lots of choice. However, we opted for a half board package and I really wished we hadn’t as the evening dinner buffet was extremely disappointing, with a lot of the buffet food cold or Luke warm, kept in terrines which didn’t keep the food hot. We had to send food back on a couple of occasions as it was not hot. The atmosphere in the dining room in the evening is awful, with bright lighting and no candles or soft music. The patio tables outside are better but with so many good restaurants in the town, I’d strongly suggest you eat out. In fact, we were so disappointed with the buffet dinner, we opted to eat out for our last two nights even though we’d paid for half board. The evening entertainment was also very dreary. This hotel needs to up its game for guests staying in for dinner and the evening.

Overall, I’d visit again but only bed and breakfast.

We recently stayed here with our children and had two rooms which included the roof terrace and jacuzzi’s the room was very clean and cleaned every day, our bed were comfortable, our sons found the pull out bed a bit uncomfortable as the mattress is very thin. We had a lovely view of the pool and could see the marina from the roof terrace. The only downside to this hotel is that there is no entertainment the children got very bored in the evenings as there is no pool tables or anything to entertain them it would have been nice if there was an area for this, for a 5* hotel we really expected some level of entertainment and we’re really disappointed that if we wanted any form of nightlife we had to walk to get some, given I have a back condition this wasn’t viable every night.
So much choice for breakfast and dinner the staff are very helpful and were very welcoming, I have food allergies and they were extremely helpful in this instance.
We found that once everyone had dinner the hotel was super quiet so unless you wanted to walk to somewhere with a bit of life you might aswell go to bed.
There are lots of sun beds available we never had an issue getting one even though the hotel was full, the pool is lovely and clean and not too cold - they need to be consistent with rules for balls and inflatables as many children had been in the pool all week and not causing any problems and once the lifeguards changed over they all of a sudden wasn’t allowed them anymore which is very unfair. Overall a lovely stay and really beautiful hotel which we have recommended to friends but I’m not sure if we would return with the children.

We've just returned from a fantastic week's holiday at the Fenicia Prestige.

We've never been to the hotel or resort before but we loved it. We travelled as a family of four (two teenage boys), we booked two interconnecting rooms which were both excellent and well maintained. We stayed on a half board basis, the buffet breakfast and evening meal both contained a wide range of quality cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared omelettes at breakfast and the range of cooked to order meats at dinner.

The pool area was lovely, a great sized pool for the number of guests and some lovely areas to soak up the sun.

The hotel is located in a great spot, a 5 minute walk to the nearest bars, 10 minutes to the centre of the town and 15 minutes to the lovely marina area. We enjoyed some lovely evenings in the bars on the promenade overlooking the sea.

A couple of downsides, drinks at the hotel were a little overpriced and there was the usual "rush" to secure sun-beds around the pool. Whilst this is common in the peak season, it may be something the hotel could look into.

We have been visiting Ibiza for 20 years and this is the first time we have been lucky enough to stay in this hotel.
My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights in September to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary.
The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, classy but not pretentious. The staff are all wonderful and go out of their way to make sure you are having the best time.
We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast was buffet selection with so much to choose from. The food was always fresh and coffee or tea served at the table by the ever attentive waiting staff.
The rooms were spotless, we stayed in a Junior suite with spa access. Clean towels were provided daily. The rooms are very spacious with magnificent views from the balcony. Mini fridge drinks are expensive as is the norm. Thank you to the hardworking housekeeping team.
The pool area was spotless, the lifeguard on duty was always busy ensuring everyone is well cared for. Plenty of sun beds for all, although we stayed mid- September so it could be a different story during school holidays as this is a family hotel not adults-only.
Santa Eulalia is one of our most favourite places. There is something for everyone, plenty of great restaurants to choose from. Try the coastal walk from Santa Eulalia to Es Cana, truly beautiful and not too taxing, you can get the bus back to SE for 1.55 euro.
This hotel makes you feel like you are having a 5 star experience but with a really relaxed Ibizian vibe.
A big thank you to the Hotel also for the Cava and chocolate covered strawberries for our Anniversary, a lovely surprise, thank you again.
If you want to treat yourselves stay at this Hotel, it is truly wonderful and we will be returning without a doubt in the future.
