We stayed here 3 nights, it is a nice family hotel with friendly and helpfull staff (owners). It is about 20 minutes walk to the Red Beach and 10-15 minutes walk to sea the Caldera. The lighthouse where you can watch the sunset and Caldera...More
Staying in Akrotiri, and specifically at Adamastos, was a great home base for a visit to Santorini without being subjected to all the crowds of Fira and Oei. We loved being in that part of the island primarily. Adamastos was really lovely, with a wonderful...More
Enjoyed peaceful and relaxing 5-day stay.
Lovely welcoming and helpful staff (owner and family).
Nothing was too much trouble for charming host Irene (and no question was too silly).
Homemade marmalade and cakes included in the breakfast.

It has everything you need for a nice trip in Santorini. Away from the noise of Kamara and Perissa or the crowded Fira or Oia, you can travel by car or scuter to any place and come back in the evenings for a good "recovery"

Hi, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel! You get the bus to Fira where there's a main bus station where you can choose where you want to go. The archeological site is only down the road from the hotel which will take you ten minutes to walk. We can't drive so walked almost everywhere. One day we got the bus to Fira then walked to oia! The views were amazing along the way but it took us over 2 hours so got the bus back to Fira then got the other bus back to akrotiri. Best holiday I've ever had. Have a fab time!
