Hotel Mathias is a great family run business that excels at customer service. Kostas, the manager, helped arrange pick ups, scooter hire and gave great advice regarding must see locations. The room we booked was near the front of the hotel. It was spacious and very clean. Air conditioning, tv and mini bar all worked without problems and wifi was...

Kostas and the gang looked after us every single moment. You could not fault this place we smiled and laughed our way through our...

My husband and I could not have been happier with our choice of hotel or location for our holiday on Santorini! The hotel is excellent, clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfy, and we had a quiet room at the back with a balcony. Kostas and Olga are so welcoming and looked after all our needs, they both...

Really lovely family run hotel. I stayed in June with a large party of 34, and we were very well looked after by Kostas the owner. Kostas and the receptionist Olga both spoke very good english and were very helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. I was in a pool-side room with a lovely balcony. The food was authentically...

We had the most enjoyable time here. Our comforts were more than meant by friendly and accommodating staff. A quiet hotel near small town wonders, beautiful beaches, and amazing sunsets. If you go, please say hi to the most delightful host, Kostas.

This hotel maybe is the only reasonably priced hotel on the island! It is really clean and I loved its style that it was like a small village. Its staff is really friendly and helpful. They gave us good travelling advices and Kostas helped us book a great and unforgetable (and cheap!) cruise to the Caldera. Our room was a...

We stayed for a very short while at Mathios, however we had a positive experience. The hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. The owner of the hotel is also very helpful and very prompt in email communication. The only downside is that it is located a little far away from the lively areas of Oia but the bus...
