Took the day pass, and I just loved it, went to the upper part where a water fall starts, hot hot... but in favor you can find lots of pools to choose the right temp for you. After a couple of hours i was turning into a raisin. I will back definitely with more friends.

We stayed at Baldi Hot Springs last week for two nights. The entire family had a blast dipping in the different pools and the kids loved the water slides (although they are a bit dangerous)... The grounds are beautiful and the breakfast that was included with our stay was probably the BEST we have had as far as hotel breakfasts...

I see a lot of mixed reviews for here but I've been 3 times and never had an issue. The first time I stayed at the hotel with a view of the volcano which was awesome! It was great to wake up in the morning and enjoy the pools while fewer people were there. The second time I went I...

My family and I just came for the day pass. Prior to deciding if we wanted to go here we asked to be given a tour of the facilities and to make sure that our middle son was tall enough for the water slides. A staff members came by to drive us around on a golf cart. All of a...

We spent 3 nights here. We booked it because of the hot springs. We were not disappointed. We were traveling with two kids, 7 and 9. They loved all the hot springs and the water slides. It was great for that. The included breakfast buffet was awesome too.. lots to choose from.. great service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable....

Our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights and three days and all I can say is.... Terrible on so many levels. No sound proofing between rooms (we were woken up every morning by our neighbour talking on her cell phone), rooms are run down, (crumbling grout, dirty stained sheets), rooms overlook the parking lot, and have zero privacy...

We stayed here for 2 nights & loved it. Not crowded at all & they do have day & night passes available that many people purchase. Be sure to bring a towel & bag or rent towel & locker. High quality everything, clean, great staff. The nicest place we have stayed in CR. Our room was by a new building...

They did not give me a receipt for my ten dollar towel and then spent an hour looking at security video to prove I paid. Never even apologized to me. Pay to get in then charge for locker and towel... gouge every penny they can. Food was terrible.

My boyfriend and I decided to stay here for 3 nights and it was the perfect amount of time. We were hesitant because of some of the reviews but were pleasantly surprised. It is advertised as a 5 star resort- 5 stars in Costa Rica may not up to the standards that you expect in the US/Europe but it met...
