Visited the hotel as part of an educational tour with high school students. This is not a luxury 5-star hotel, but accommodations are what you would expect for a typical pension/gasthaus. Rooms need a little minor maintenance but are comfortable. Large common areas to relax in. Restaurant is good. They served vegetables and fruit which was rare for our other...

We were booked in Hotel Twing – Hasliberg (Switzerland) from 2nd to 5th May, 2016 and realised that it is a very bad choice of hotel. It has no lifts and we had to carry the luggage during check-in and check-out two floors below to our rooms; the owner couple – Ronald and Diana are very very rude and have...

Please choose this hotel if you want to totally spoil your holiday . The owner of this hotel is unreasonable and behaved very badly with many of our group members . Please cross check with your Tour operator if they have this hotel in their list and firmly request for a change . Problems with the hotel : 1. No...

Stayed here for an educational field trip and it was a wonderful experience. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, and Diana was a most excellent hostess! I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. I hope to come back some day - and perhaps do some snowboarding!

This hotel was part of a trip my daughter made to Europe. She left some souvenirs in her room when she continued on. Once she was back, I sent a quick email to the hotel and the lost items were found! Diana forwarded the souvenirs by post back to us in Canada! Service above and beyond!

We stayed at this hotel as part of a student tour group. Our group was running quite late and arrived at the hotel past their dinner time. The owners were accommodating and ensured that we had a meal waiting for us upon arrival. In our group, we had a traveller who was quite sick. Originally she was going to share...

We came here in a large group of tourists but soon felt like family. The lady and gentleman who own this hotel did everything they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are well-appointed, comfortable, quiet, and clean as a whistle. Our room had a small patio that looked onto a lovely snow-covered mountain. The meals were...

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The family that runs the business treated us like family and bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, the food was excellent, and the mountain view was spectacular. It is a little out of the way from town but that was a perk for our group. They do...

At the moment of our stay the hotel and the town was completely empty. As we kind of enjoy a nice and calm relax this calm atmosphere was welcome. When having a walk in the town the views on the surrounding Berner Oberland mountains is fantastic. The service in the hotel in general is poor, a high price is counted...

This hotel was a lovely surprise. It was like visiting friends and staying as a houseguest. The hotel is older but seems to be in the process of being modernized. My room was on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the mountains. It w a s clean and neat with newer furniture and a very comfortable bed.
