Telephone in the room didn't work, so when we had to contact the owner, we had to make a call from our mobile phone. No kettle provided in the kitchenette. The balcony was too small - the room was for three people but there...

After the drive over the mountains with some amazing hairpin bends it was good to be back in Lendas/Dyskos again after a 2 year absence. The price for a room for two was same as for a plain room without any style at Lendas and...

We enjoyed re-visiting Villa Tsapakis after an absence of 7 years. It is still one of the loveliest apartments we have visited over the years in Crete. Rooms are on the ground and first floor and are circled around a courtyard with a fountain in the centre. There is beautiful bougainvillea round the outside of the building. Some rooms have...

We spent a great 5 days in Villa Tsapakis, Dytiko, Lendas in September 2006. The owner and staff were very pleasant and helpful. The spacious apartments have views over the Libyan Sea. Reaching the apartments takes a two hour drive south of Heraklion which involves a slightly ardous trip across two mountain ranges. The reward is peace and quiet and...
