Boa localização, calmo e sereno, adorei o pormenor do canal da agua. Aspectos negativos. Apartamento com televisão pequena, que não se encontrava sincronizada nos quatro canais portugueses; Wifi gratis mas com pouca cobertura; Comando da televisão estava extremamente sujo, posso anexar foto, um dia deixei de propósito com a sujidade à vista para quando fizessem a limpeza ao quarto lhe passarem um pano e nem isso. O extintor no local já deveria ter sido revisto à bastante tempo. Bastantes formigas no quarto.

El sitio es tranquilo a no ser que tus vecinos se acuesten más tarde que tú o se levanten más temprano, ya que, aunque sean discretos, se oyen las puertas, las conversaciones, los grifos, la cisterna y otras cosas que prefiero no relatar.
La limpieza deja bastante que desear; de hecho, no vi ni oĂ un aspirador en toda la semana, y en un sitio en el que la gente viene tras un dĂa de playa siempre hay arena. Eso sin contar con los rincones "olvidados" y la lámpara de la mesilla de noche que no ha visto un trapo en años. Las toallas no te las cambian si las dejas colgadas en el baño.
En definitiva, que con un lavado de cara, mejora en la limpieza y un mejor saber estar de Carmen la recepcionista, serĂa un sitio muy recomendable. Pero hoy por hoy no volverĂa, ni animo a nadie a que vaya.

O rústico , o conforto , a qualidade , o profissionalismo a um preço fantástico numa paisagem que nos faz esquecer o quotidiano agitado ; T1 localizados entre a pacata e bonita vila de Odeceixe e a Praia de Odeceixe , galardoada em 2012 como uma das 7 Maravilhas de Portugal. The place is located a short drive inland from the beach, in the outskirts of the village. Very close to the main road. We had pre-booked, but when we arrived the place was locked up and closed. The phone numbers given on the website did not work. After nearly an hour the staff arrived, saying she had waited until 5 PM, even though no last arrival time was given to us. The apartments are large, but old. The kitchens are scarcely equipped if you plan cooking, and not enough plates, cups and cutlery. Old fridges. Nearly any electrical sockets. Cheap plastic furniture outside. The best thing is the canal that runs alongside the building, but that does not make it worth a stay.

Summary: not a good value for that money, we dont recommend to stay here. If you have options, choose another place. All beaches could be reached by car, so there is no reason to stay there. Have a good vacation!We haven't planned to stay in this property, but the one we booked cancelled, so we found this one unintentionally. Quite place in the middle of nowhere, just the rest of some village. The only one reason to stay was the beach nearby and no options to stay at that moment. Nothing romantic, clean, but old and we found mold in the fridge (( When we left the property we lost the invoice and when we asked for the copy, the haven't sent it to us. No answers by email, one answer by phone, promises and finally nothing. This time no answers by phone as well) So you can make your own conclusions about the service. Summary: not a good value for that money, highly recommend to find other options instead.
