Nestled in a prime location near the beach, the 3HB Falesia Garden is celebrated for its picturesque views and convenient access to the Algarve's attractions. Guests appreciate the hotel's immaculate cleanliness across rooms and public areas, along with spacious apartments equipped with a variety of amenities. While the pool area and live music contribute to a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, some visitors have mentioned the pool can be crowded and the rooms could benefit from updates.
The value proposition receives mixed reviews, with the bar prices being reasonable, but the restaurant and certain amenities considered pricey. Overall, the staff's friendliness and accommodating nature stand out, despite occasional lapses in mealtime service efficiency.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were friendly, everything was very clean & the views were amazing. We visited around the middle of September & even though the hotel was full, there was always sun beds free & tables in the restaurant. It was mainly older people and couples with very young children, which suited us perfectly but imagine in the midst of the summer there would be a lot of families. The buffet breakfast was amazing, cooked breakfast, cereals, yogurts, breads, pastries/cakes, hams/cheeses & fresh fruit. We ate in the restaurant one evening which was again a buffet. There was plenty of choice & although on the pricey side 30 euros each (not including drinks), it was worth it. The apartments were really nice, beds were really comfy (mattresses are on the firmer side), there's twin beds in the lounge that are part of the sofa. The kitchen seemed well equipped, only gripe is the drinking glasses and cups are far too small. The pool bar was great, we ate lunch there most days & was ok priced, around 7,50 euros for a toasted sandwich & crisps. There's gift shops & restaurants within a 3-10 minute walk of the hotel. We weren't overly excited about the restaurants & some of them seemed to be closed on random days which was disappointing. Our best meal was at the Italian down near the seafront. There is a bus which goes to both Vilamoura & Albufeira but it isn't very frequent, so we used bolt and uber taxi's to get around. It was approx 8.50 euro to get a taxi to Vilamoura & I imagine it would be similar into Albufeira. I would say this is a quieter hotel more suited to couples and families who want to avoid the party/clubbing scene. I highly recommend this hotel, its a great place to stay.

Wonderful! The location is magnificent, from the moment we arrive, the included breakfast is very varied, fresh with a wide choice, the view from the restaurant is breathtaking, the welcome from the staff is very good. We took a simple apartment (not renovated) so decoration was a little old but impeccable cleanliness, fully equipped kitchen (except oven), daily cleaning service, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing liquid… everything is provided. The only downside is the hair dryer which doesn't dry anything so you have to take it with you otherwise plenty of towels which are changed every day + beach towels provided! Access to the beach via a magnificent private staircase! Free and huge, secure parking. Hotel on a one-way street so no car noise, no passing nearby. Ideal for families, there are more than enough deckchairs for everyone, no matter the time. Little entertainment in the evening (concerts) but otherwise no entertainment during the day so quite quiet even if a lot of families with children but very nice atmosphere. Little extra: free safe in the room. And lots of magnificent places to visit in the Algarve, max 40 minutes by car for the furthest we've ever gone. We had an activity one morning, we missed breakfast, so the hotel prepared a bag for us. We had only the breakfast option, open from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., then there is an Intermarché 5 minutes by car so we had simple things for lunch (fully equipped kitchen) and we ate restaurants every evening because excluding half board it is €30 per person without drinks, therefore more expensive than in the restaurant. During the day, at the beach bar there are lunches (which are actually a small brasserie restaurant menu, burgers, pizzas, salads, there is a choice but normal prices). I highly recommend this hotel!

A bit of a concrete jungle look when we first arrived, but it is an excellent Hotel. As said numerous times before, it is spotlessly clean, rooms, pool area , gardens , dining area, all immaculate. We travelled with EasyJet holidays, our room in block 9 was huge, loved the space , excellent shower, lots of towels , nice toiletries, small kitchenette facilities, which we didn’t use so can’t comment. Free safe and air con. Pool area was very relaxing, never an issue getting a sunlounger , free pool towels too. The swimming pool was cleaned every evening which is why it may be a bit cold at first , but after a minute you get used to it. The walk down to the beach has a lovely view, yes it is steep to come back , the area itself is quite hilly, the walk to the town beach is also on a hill , we walked along both beaches but never stayed there for the day. But again the beaches were very clean , the sand is lovely and soft , sea cold but it is the Atlantic. We were half board and the food was amazing, great choices for breakfast and dinner , all very tasty , lots of space and we never had to queue , you can choose to sit inside or outside . We prefer to walk out in the evening, so can’t comment on the entertainment, there are quite a few bars to walk to, that takes about 5/10 mins . Again a slight hill coming back . The building work did not affect us at all, and we would love to return, but it is a concern, when all the rooms are open, (supposed to be next May ) we think the Pool area and Dining area will be far too busy for our liking .

We stayed at this hotel for 12 days in August 2024 with two children aged 8 and 6 and we can say that our stay was wonderful. Let's start from the arrival, I warned the very kind Luis of the delay of our flight and despite the time (it had just passed 1 am) the check in was perfect and we found to welcome a snack prepared kindly by the staff as we had not enjoyed dinner. The hotel consists of mini 4-storey buildings and our room was equipped with bedroom, bathroom, equipped kitchen and living area with sofa bed + balcony overlooking a quiet garden. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Given the structure of the hotel and the fact that some buildings were closed for renovation reigned tranquility; the access avenue was closed to cars by a bar that can be opened with the room key and there is a large parking lot that we used for our rental car. The common areas are clean and well maintained, the view from the pool and dining room is priceless and the atmosphere inspires relaxation even during busy hours by the pool. We never struggled to find free places to lie down. The staff is very kind and always smiling. To reach the sea it is necessary to take some steps as the hotel is on top of the cliff but this enviable position guarantees tranquility and a light breeze that makes pleasant even the hot days of August. Super special mention for the buffet restaurant (chef Francesco very kind and extremely available) that offers every night delicious alternatives for all tastes (pasta / pizza / meat / fish / sushi / typical local dishes) and mouth-watering desserts. Even at breakfast there is a great variety. Definitely recommended for those looking for a good and quiet base to scour the Algarve out of the bustle of the busiest towns.

Great location for access to praia da falesia. The arrival to buildings is a bit surprising, but the rooms, restaurant and pool are top. Regarding the rooms apartments, there is all the comfort and place: a separate bedroom, a bench bed in the living room for children, a kitchenette for those who want to cook, a balcony. The breakfasts and evening meals are excellent, rich and varied. In addition to salads, other starters, dishes and dessert vary almost every evening: depending on the evening, sushi, chocolate fountain, barbecue. Dining part for children... Regarding the pool area, beautiful location with views of trees and cliffs and access in 7 minutes by stairs to the large sandy beach with few waves. It is just a shame that it is forbidden to play ball in the pool. Snack on site during the day. In short a place to recommend by the location, cleanliness of the accommodation, service, staff and catering at the top for a buffet.

This is a lovely hotel, perfect for what we needed as a family of 4 (kids ages 9 and 11). On arrival we were told we had been given a free upgrade to a full sea view. The apartment was clean, spotless actually and rooms cleaned daily with new towels. It was modern and functional. Some tea and coffee making would have been helpful, but the kitchen is well considered for a kitchenette with dishwashing liquid in a dispenser.
The pool was a fair size with hot tub and the pool bar and restaurant served really good quality food.
The beach is down some steps, which is lovely and not too far of a walk.
The highlight for me was the food, which was delicious every night. It was always high quality and fresh, with sushi some nights and salads every night. The fish was delicious. I'm Gluten free and dairy free and was able to always find plenty of food options to eat. They couldn't do more to offer me more food options to eat.
If you're looking for a high quality good value hotel that caters for family and couples, this is a great place to consider.

We have just returned from our second visit and like our first holiday two years ago, the hotel didn’t disappoint. As others have said, the place is immaculate with a team of staff who tend to the grounds regularly. Rooms are basic but are also clean, spacious and are tidied every day. The breakfast selection is amazing as are the views from the hotel. The close proximity to the beach via a private walkway is also a good feature, meaning we went down to the beach regularly.
The hotel has a family feel but never feels overwhelmed by children, everything is calm and relaxed. I think it would suit both families and couples. What makes a huge difference is the abundance of sun loungers which means there is never a battle to secure the best spot by the pool.
We also found the staff very friendly and felt we got to know the waiters as our holiday went on. As a result I find it hard to find any negatives about the hotel. The staff do a great job to make your stay enjoyable and you won’t regret spending your holiday here.
In the evening we often enjoyed sitting in the bar area looking at the incredible views and listening to the daily music performances. We also used the restaurant once and the food was as good as the breakfast offer. Away from the hotel Olhos de Água has plenty of life but if there is one downside to a holiday in this town it’s the lack of quality bars and restaurants by the seafront. There is a great Italian but that apart we were left visiting restaurants further into the built up areas or in Vilamoura which was a lengthy car journey away. The seafront area in Olhos de Água is therefore a little disappointing and slightly shabby in places. You might therefore want to consider going half board especially given a one off visit to the hotel restaurant is quite pricey for a family.

We are a family of 4 and we stayed in a sea view deluxe, the apartment was fine but my parents stayed in the basic accommodation which I thought was very good, and larger for a family. The grounds and pool are very well kept, the location to beach is excellent, and there is a good playground, games area and evening entertainment which make it very suitable for families, but it's never overcrowded so fine for couples too. The staff throughout are excellent, and the food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was excellent, on some occasions id go as far as saying the evening dinner was exceptional, with high quality and plenty of variation. A special mention for Mamadu Balde in the restaurant, always greeted us with a warm smile, an absolute credit to the hotel.

We travelled as a a family of 4 [my husband and I and two children - 5 and 2] and were half board. It was April but we were incredibly lucky with the weather and had a week of glorious sunshine! However, the pool was absolutely freezing. This didn't bother our children as we mainly used it in the afternoon but I did notice some kids not wanting to go in, sure this wouldn't be a problem in peak season though.
Our room/apartment was perfect with a seperate bedroom and kitchen facilities, we made lunch here most days for the kids. Note - we did go for the upgraded rooms.
The food was INCREDIBLE. The BEST breakfast and dinner buffet we have ever had and we have been on a lot of holidays [usually all inclusive]. We did have lunch once at the pool bar and this was great, the kids also had ice creams and we often had a sangria or two [by far the best value alcoholic drink at only 5 euros]. In the restaurant the staff were lovely, always chatting to our children, grabbing us a highchair and greeting us at the door. We felt so welcome. We also watched some entertainment in the evening, brilliant singers and lovely cocktails in the bar - it wasn't very busy but it was the very start of the season.
The beach is beautiful and we spent every morning here, the steps down were fine for us but may be a challenge for some. The beach felt very safe for our little ones, we hired a body board a couple of times for 10 euros.
We did venture in to the local area a handful of times to use the supermarket and have a drink/watch football on TV - all perfectly fine.
Overall a wonderful hotel and ideal place for a family especially with young children. Couldn't recommend enough. ❤️
