Nestled on a picturesque beachfront, AP Adriana Beach Resort is lauded for its cleanliness and vibrant atmosphere, complete with live music and engaging activities. Guests appreciate the spacious amenities, including multiple pools and proximity to a stunning beach. While opinions on value and service quality vary, with some noting room for improvement, the dedicated staff and friendly environment often receive praise. However, travelers should be aware that the resort is somewhat isolated from town centers and that room comfort and noise levels have been points of contention for some.

We are just back from a week all-inclusive at this resort and we loved it.

It's a huge resort and its layout and grounds are incredibly charming. All the rooms are housed in small blocks, with cute streets and loads of trees and greenery around. We were initially placed in a ground floor room which was perfectly fine, but I preferred to be in a first floor room and easily requested a room change, which was done the second day of our holiday, no issue. This room was much brighter and just a better fit for us.

The food was excellent. We loved every meal - with really good choice and a salad bar that was stocked full of every kind of item you could ask for. We have a five year old and there was always something she could have. The snacks in-between meal services are very good as well. And you could book unlimited into the speciality restaurants which have set menus and was a fun, different experience. The staff in the meal areas worked really hard and made sure there was always clean tables available.

The drinks were also good. The cava, rose wine, red wine, beer and mojitos were delicious and the bar staff worked incredibly hard getting everyone served quickly.

The beach is stunning. It's down a staircase but this is a strong structure and it is quite high up as it sits on these gorgeous cliffs. My one comment would be getting the foot shower fixed at the entrance back to the resort - would be helpful when coming off the beach.

The pool areas were brilliant. The pools arent heated so in October its very refreshing but once youre in it was fine. The new additions of the splash park and park were great and our daughter loved both.

The entertainment is really good, not pushy, but there if you want to take part. And the kids club is wonderful. Special shout out to Jessica and Nicole for taking care of our daughter, who had the best time. The mini disco at night was also a firm favourite. We didnt see much of the shows but from the little bits we did see they were busy and lots of good music.

The resort is quite isolated which isn't a negative but I would point out there isnt anything around it. We went into Villamoura one day and it cost 9euros in an uber which was fine but you cant just walk down and into some shops. The hotel do have a shuttle bus as well. Not that you need to leave there is so much to do and just full of character.

Great Hotel!!

We spent a great week in this complex, very well located, magnificent beach (one of the most beautiful I have seen in my life, having visited a lot of countries).
There were 4 of us, a couple + 2 children and we spent an idyllic week.
First of all, the setting is perfect, in the middle of a beautiful pine forest at the foot of the cliffs with a breathtaking view.
2 very spacious and well-maintained swimming pools, always with (quality) deckchairs and above all available. The gardens are very green and well cared for.
The staff are very pleasant and attentive, the animation team is very warm and above all non-invasive, I really appreciated Ibrahim who is really a quality entertainer and above all a very good person who takes the time to discuss and 'exchange with customers (very special mention for him).
The rooms are very clean, maintained and spacious, everything is very accessible.
Very decent drinks and food for an all inclusive, the cocktails are carefully prepared with a wide choice.
Nothing is missing !!

In conclusion, for having made hotels of the same range in the Canaries, Punta Cana, Cuba, Mexico etc... (Apart from the 5 stars in the Caribbean).
Compared to hotels of the same standard, the Adriana Beach is far above it.
Having booked, with the quality/price ratio we really did not expect that and of course without taking into account the context (geographical location) which also certainly was beyond our expectations.

We will definitely come back.

Thank you for this stay

Thank you to the entire animation team, but I would like to highlight João's contagious energy, Jéssica's friendliness and availability and Mariel's great energy. Entertainment is undoubtedly the strong point of this hotel and these 3 animators in particular stood out in a positive way.
The food is good, there is a lot of choice and quality. The 3 restaurants are very good.
In terms of facilities, I consider the hotel to be poor for the amount you pay, considering that I needed to do some exercise to take a shower in my bathroom (superior double room) as it was a really small shower.
For children, I consider it a place to visit again as it has lots of activities.
It is a hotel with excellent space to run (within the hotel), with direct access to the beach with sun loungers. Hotel with very calm energy.
The rooms took some time to be available on the first day and I consider this to be an area for improvement considering the amount you pay. Another point to improve is the bottled water that should be supplied daily in the rooms. When I asked the reception they said that the idea was to fill the bottles they had left on the first day but the cleaning team took the bottles because they were empty... another point to improve (without a doubt) for the amount you pay is the cleaning of the rooms: the room was not vacuumed so there was a lot of sand accumulated on the floor
I will repeat, yes, because my experience was excellent, but I think there are areas for improvement for the price you pay.
Again: a huge thank you to this team of young entertainers who made our week unforgettable

We have just returned from this beautiful resort, and we enjoyed every minute of our 10 nights here. All the staff are great and always happy to help. Fabio, on reception, checked us in and was really informative about the resort, Carla from the bar was amazing, always chatting away, and her smile would brighten your day. Muss from the entertainment team had us laughing every day, and julianna was great with the kids.

The hotel is spotless. We had a larger annexe room, and even though it was a bit of a walk to the main area, it was a nice walk, and it took about 10 minutes with the kids. The room was cleaned every day, and the beds were very comfortable.

The buffet restaurant doesn't have loads of choice, but the food that was available was always cooked perfectly and tasted great. We didn't try the grill restaurant, so I can't comment on that. Snack bar after 3 o'clock served hotdogs, burgers, toasties, fruit, and pastries.

The main pool area was spacious with plenty of sunbeds, and the pool was very refreshing for a swim when the weather was hot. The staff collecting the cups were round every hour, making sure there wasn't an overflow of cups around the beds.

We will definitely be returning to this hotel and have already started looking for next year.

The complex is large and spacious, the room was in a maisonette (4 rooms per maisonette in our case), it was spacious, with several storage and cleaned every day if we wished. The only downside is that the bottle of water provided in the room has not been renewed.

There are several pools including one very quiet; the indoor pool was not available during our stay. The spa is not very new and has only a steam room and a bubble bath.
We took two massages, we had a good time despite the tables a little hard and the staff was very nice.

The activities offered during the day and in the evening were varied, sporting, intellectual, musical, all supervised by smiling and cheerful staff.

The food offered at the all-you-can-eat buffet was varied and fresh. We also had the choice of booking in one of two restaurants of the hotel (one offering grill, the other offering regional dishes). We tried the experience in the latter and ate very well, but the staff put more pressure on us to go from plate to plate as everyone eats starter-dish-dessert at the same time, which denoted with the rest of our relaxing stay.

The beach is really close to the hotel and the scenery is superb.
It has several outdoor activities to book via the hotel (travel also planned by the hotel), again very varied (cultural tour, boat ride, city tour, sports activities, ...).

Our stay was very pleasant thanks to the friendly and smiling staff.

In the end we had a good trip, but we had to work on that ourselves. We were here two years ago and then we loved everything, that's why we returned. Two years ago we had contacted the hotel in advance about renting a wheelchair, and it was ready when we arrived. Now I contacted again in advance, no one knew about it when we arrived and they said they could not arrange a regular simple wheelchair for us. They then gave us a discarded copy that we couldn't do anything with. I contacted a landlord myself and he told us that he often worked with the hotel. Okay, self-resolved! Other points which were certainly less than two years ago: the friendliness of the staff, both bar, restaurant and reception with a few exceptions. At the bar there were hardly ever any coffee bags available and you don't drink a coffee from a cardboard cup on the terrace! And then the terrible weekend with the more than 500 supporters of football club Sevilla.....they literally chased us out of the hotel for two days so that we could not enjoy the all in service except breakfast. Have rarely seen such a rude, noisy (until 3.30am) group of people. And we who came for the rest.....it was terrible from Friday to Sunday afternoon! So my final conclusion is that the quality of service of this beautiful resort has seriously deteriorated. Too bad!

We have just returned after ten nights at the ap adriana.
We arrived at 12.30 lunchtime and thankfully our room was ready and the lovely lady on reception explained everything to us and we got a lift to our accommodation by a lovely chap called rui and all the drivers will stop and offer you a lift. Our accommodation s101 is in a lovely location next to the small pool and grill restaurant.
The accommodation is perfect for three people just the spare bed is not that comfortable and the maids to a brilliant job and most days the room was cleaned by 4pm.
The majority of the staff are very friendly and have a warm welcome we found this especially in the bar next to the grill and most you wait at the bar is 5 minutes.
The two pools are a great size but cold at first and lounges are available until about 8am.
I had a walk to the beach and its nice and very steep steps .
We went out to villamoura and its definitely worth visiting we went via uber and was only ten euros and 20 minutes away. We went to albufeira old town same cost and time. We went to zoomarina which was a good day out.
The evening entertainment is OK lovely female singers and mini disco with the same songs for 15 minutes very poor. Then a main event which we didn't stay to see as it starts at 21.30 and we went to the other bar for our last few drinks. The entertainment area only has about 30 tables silo seats for about 120 people not good for about 2000 guests.
Food well its served in the main restaurant and the grill restaurant breakfast and lunch and snacks are lovely. However evening meals are very poor bland warmish food and you will see flys on most of the cold food I started getting food that was covered by other food where I could. There are no dress codes for meals breakfast bare footed dinners and lunch shirtless dinners . The staff work hard moving empty plates or not so empty plates.
We ate ate the Portuguese restaurant and it was a disaster I told them when booing I'm a vegetarian and don't eat meat and 1 child in the booking. They brought out some food I asked was it suitable for vegetarians yes she said. I asked again 1 minute later this time she said no obviously a language barrier and no children's menu because we never asked for one. So if you go make sure you say when booking you require a children's menu .
The pools have no lifeguards which is baffling and at the small pool seagulls and birds and cats drink the pool water which tells me they have no chlorine in the pool which is poor
If the food improves we would definitely recommend and return and we had a lovely holiday but we're let down by the food. Have a lovely holiday and it a lovely place.

Just arrived home yesterday, overall a very good resort.

We stayed in the rooms at the far end of the resort about a 5/10min walk from the main pool, however there was a smaller pool, bar and restaurant near our block.

Food was just like every other resort food. Got abit repetitive by the end. But fully expected this.
Staff were always friendly throughout the resort from bar staff to cleaners.
Bar staff worked tirelessly to serve despite how busy the bar was.

Rooms were brilliant, cleaned daily, spacious, working A/C and large comfy beds.
Went with 11 of us and was all put in the same block.
On arrival we was taken to our room via a buggy.

A little problem was the amount of bird mess on the sun beds and chairs. We had wipes to clean it but maybe a hose down in the morning to clean them would help.
Also the snack bar didn’t serve food throughout the day but started at 3:30pm

The best part of this resort by far was the entertainment team!! Unbelievable
Especially Richard and Ibo!
Greeted us every day. Making sure we was having a good time.
Very funny and approachable! My kids loved them.

So thank you Richard and ibo!! Top lads even thou they got me up to dance and threw me in the pool😂

Entertainment in the evening was always good aswell.

The coach into old town was very cheap at €2 each for a return trip

Overall I enjoyed my holiday here and the good stuff far out weigh the little issues!

I would definitely return!

Just back from this resort going to give a truely honest review for what we paid personally dont think it was worth it.

starting with food breakfast was ok , lunch and dinner was very hard to find something to eat unless you were a huge fish fan. Not a kids area in the buffet my son struggled to eat here which resulted in us going out for dinner 3/5 .

Rooms were lovely decor wise however the balcony safety glass was dirty and we were overlooking an area where staff must go and there was rubbish all along the ground here which wasnt picked up our full stay

Entertainment was overall good , staff extremely friendly here and always made an effort with the kids, they have a show everynight followed by something in the theatre area and mini disco inbetween.

The resort is quite remote , beach area is not child friendly many steps to get up and down - swingpark for kids the chute and climbing frame wasnt covered from the sun and too hot for my son to go down.

other- We had no issues getting sunbeds however the toilets at the pools the lighting is too dark to see properly and many many steps again to get down no baby changing at the pool area , toilets were dirty and in need of major upgrading. Cocktails were nice however the size of the glasses you get are not very generous - pools were absolutley freezing and too cold to go in , we were with a baby with pram and put in one of the furthest away parts of the hotel which was not convenient for us atall. - wouldnt recommend or come back xx

It's clear that you had high hopes for your stay, and it's disappointing to hear that certain aspects didn’t meet your expectations. After several years, I decided to return because I had the best Impression of previous stays. The space remains very good, the food nothing that is pointed to you and in general remains a good place for holidays...but, there are details that become "greater" when they are the rule. A hotel so big and always full, how can there be so few sun loungers on the beach with the aggravation of many being reserved with towels and are most of the day unoccupied... there is no way to control? How is it possible that a hotel of this size and with a difficult staircase for some elderly people attending the hotel, there is no small support bar on the beach? How is it possible that on the main terrace of the hotel used dishes are often collected and do not proceed to cleaning the tables...there are days that there is no clean table where we can sit...it will be so expensive to pass a cloth when raising the dishes? I will ⁇ come back, but I would like to see some positive evolution, which was something I have seen or felt during this stay.
