What a great place!! We are here at the moment on our last day (we don’t want to go home!)
Overall this has been our favourite family holiday we’ve had as a family of four with children aged 7 and 9.
The hotel and entire grounds including pool, bar areas, kids play areas are absolutely spotlessly clean - more so than anywhere I’ve ever stayed before as they are clean the whole day not just at the start of the day due to wonderful staff consistently checking and cleaning all areas. The apartments are so clean too! The cleaning staff are so thorough and kind with little touches like folding up my child’s comfort blanket and putting it on his pillow - but equally they are very respectful of your belongings also.
The food is good - plenty of choice and the fresh salad and fruit options are also top class - extremely fresh, varied and well presented. The hot food at meal times hasn’t always been to our taste but that’s just personal choice, there’s always been something that we have enjoyed. Breakfast has the nicest homemade pancakes! There’s also a snack bar which has a good range of fruit, cakes, chips, burgers, pizza, hot dogs, nuggets etc. Plenty of delve serve drink dispensers around the resort which are very well kept. There’s also a pool bar and bar in the entertainment room.
Kids club - was ok! They seemed to do a lot of colouring - the schedule read as more exciting than it actually was but there was nothing wrong with it.
The entertainment at night was fun, enthusiastic, engaging. Including kids disco, quizzes, bingo, live music etc. My one gripe was that one of the main entertainers said ‘Jesus Christ’ an awful lot in a derogatory way eg ‘Jesus Christ where do you get these answers’, I understand to some folk this may not be offensive but to us as Christians it was offensive so I think having an awareness of other peoples belief systems is important. It’s a shame because his sarcastic jokes were pretty funny but that took the humour out of it for me. Otherwise the entertainment was great and the staff were lovely.
Pools are good! A lot of people comment that they are very cold but I didn’t find them any colder than other hotels I’ve been to. Just takes a minute to adjust.
Also seen some negative comments about the sofa beds - we found them great, they pull out to full single bed mattresses which not all sofa beds do. Very comfortable, no issues at all.
The staff in general at the hotel are the best thing about it. They are friendly, helpful and work so hard to make it a pleasant experience for the guests. They are especially kind and engaging with the children which is so nice when travelling with kids. Everyone from reception, cleaners, dining room staff, cooking staff, pool staff - they were all so accommodating. Well done to all!
Overall, despite a couple of gripes, this hotel definitely deserves 5 stars as a family resort in my opinion, it offers a warm, welcoming, clean, accommodating and fun environment for all ages.

We have recently stayed at Clube Humbria and what an absolutely amazing Hotel. We travelled as a family myself husband, 2 girls 3 and 7 and my parents. We had 2 separate rooms and at request were put close to each other. We arrived and both rooms were ready immediately and check in was excellent with everything explained. Rooms are massive and cleaned every day , maids always put extra touches with using toddlers blankets or pj's to make into a lovely shape. Pool towels provided and fresh towels every day in bathroom. Fridge , microwave and small cooking hob area if needed. Lovely balconies with drying rack for wet clothes, chairs and tables.. Bottled Water provided at reception daily and cold water dispensers in bars and restaurant. All inclusive, food is incredible something for everyone.. we often like t venture out an have some meals out but this is first holiday where we ate in every day and every meal.. incredible and not repetitive. All inclusive drinks also fab, super bock on tap which hubby was over the moon with.. slush puppies , cocktails cocktails and usual spirits .. coffee machine also at bar outside for when breakfast is closed. Entertainment was fab, girls loved it with a mini disco at 8pm every night, disney night, magic, bands , singer, and piraye themed fair night which they loved winning coins and having fun. Beach was a short walk and lovely area. We also travelled to lovely beach nearby in albufeira town.. we used uber so cheap and easy, we also booked zoo marine a must do! Dolphin and sea lion shows, rides and water slides so much fun.
Portugal is amazing and the hotel was fantastic, the staff made the experience with the attention to detail, the way they treated and behaved with the kids was lovely, giving them attention, chatting and entertaining them made it extra special. One day we were out for morning and came back, sun beds were all gone but this was late afternoon and completely understandable, we had no issues and put towels down on grass as a lovely grass area round pool next minute the manager or a supervisor walked past and she arranged for Sunbeds.. a golf cart turned up and 2 men dropped us Sunbeds.. above and beyond!
Onside park. Waterside. Kids club. Small arcades, ping pong you name it..
We loved it so much we have rebooked for next August, first time rebooting same place..

Third visit for us! Good experience as always, a few suggestions! We visited for the third time in October 2023. It was lovely to see that some of the staff recognised us and greeted us warmly, especially Orlando the catering manager and Rueben the hotel manager. As always, the hotel is absolutely immaculate, with constant cleaning and gardening maintenance going on. The rooms were cleaned daily, although they could be a bit more generous with the toilet roll as we ran out several times and had to seek out a cleaning lady to replenish our supplies. The supplied shampoo and conditioner are VERY watered down and I would suggest to the hotel not to do this as much. Our vegan daughter was delighted to have the assistance of Orlando in the restaurant, and he was ever helpful in supplying her with vegan desserts that were not on the menu, or bringing her vegan sausages at breakfast/lunch etc. In fact, all the staff go out of their way to satisfy extra requirements. I would suggest to the hotel to have a few more vegan/non dairy desserts because this is where they lack choice. PLEASE include vegan ice cream alongside your other choices in the freezer, or have it in a separate freezer. Again, as with previous stays, sun loungers near the pool are gone by 6am by selfish patrons who "bag" the loungers and then fail to use them. We didn't struggle to get bed elsewhere around the complex, but the hotel don't enforce their own policy of banning sunbed reservations. There needs to be something in place to stop and discourage this, but I appreciate this is difficult. Evening entertainment is good, but again, the animation team (who work hard) get the kids riled up enough that it disrupts the enjoyment of the adults when the main entertainment comes on. There should be barriers around the dancefloor to prevent kids clambering up and into the stage (which we saw several times) and to prevent distracting the acts. When the dinner service is over it would be appreciated to have some vending machines for snacks in the Melody Bar in the late evening. I am sure that clients would not mind paying for some snacks to go with their drinks in the evening, as there is nowhere to get things like crisps and sweets in the hotel. We had to keep going out to the little shops away from the hotel but if there had been a vending machine it would have been great. Please also put napkin dispensers on the tables in the Melody bar, the tables get soaking wet with condensation from the drinks glasses/cups and there is nothing to clean up the mess. One more suggestion! Please put felt pads under the chairs and tables in the hotel suites. The noise of maids dragging tables and chairs around on the kitchen floors early in the morning when they clean the rooms is very loud, especially when it is above or next door to your own room. The noise starts as early as 7am and it is a little annoying to be awoken at this time especially when you are on holiday and appreciate a lie in! Once again, I highly recommend this hotel for families. If however you are visiting and are looking for a very quiet hotel with few kids, this is not the one for you. Traveled to 3hb clube Humbria with my husband and 3.5 year old for our first family holiday abroad and what a hotel to choose for our first.
I’ll start with the cons, as there’s only one!
Cons The apartment room door, our son figured out how to open it within the first 5 mins of arriving which was quite concerning, we moved a chair to In front of the door at night and locked the bedroom doors. The lock is just too low and no secondary locks.
Pros!
The food is 10/10 Amazing! So much to choose from, the themed nights were great! The snacks were lovely, me and my husband loved the toasties, and our son loved the ice cream. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you!! The full hotel is spotless! Fresh towels daily, fresh pool towels daily and a daily bottle of water was handy from reception.
Pools all clean with plenty of sunbeds, and our son loved the play park. The activities in the kids club were good but I felt a lot of the toys were a little old with missing parts but that didn’t bother my son.
Beach is less than 10’min walk away. It’s a lovely beach with restaurants and shops.
I used the laundry room, washing machine was 4€ and dryer 3.50€, I went down around 11 and there was already a queue of bags of clothing so would probably recommend going at 10.30am when it opens as we had to wait a good few hours to use it.
We do plan to return in future, would be great if they could consider adding an additional lock.

Recently got back from a 10 night stay here and we absolutely loved it! Spotlessly clean and friendly pleasant staff throughout, great selection of food from snack bar and at meal times. Restaurant team were especially great, always welcoming and everyone had a smile and happy to see you. Lovely set up around hotel complex and felt very safe for children to go around themselves. Splash park amazing for little ones and lovely main pool but is very cold! Lifeguards also need a mention, incredibly vigilant and very friendly with the kids on the slides, one in particular was pushing the kids down and really interacting with them which was lovely to see! Evening entertainment good for the kids but could be improved for adults. Always staff bringing games out through the day for kids to play as well. Sports pitch was very popular and not just by us. Game room could do with so improving, we lost quite a few euros because of games not working or missing puks on air hockey tables? Also pool cues could definitely use some chalk! They were very difficult to play with and would often take people a looong time to play one game. This meant quite a few people had to wait around and it can be quite hot in there already, without all the extra bodies! Also the pool tables are too close together and if somebody is playing on the other, you could have to wait for them to take their go before you can go. Location of hotel okay, one little supermarket round the corner and a couple of other "beach shops" close. Small beach within 10 mins of walking although much nicer beaches around via Uber. Will need to use these as there isn't too much else around the hotel. Overall fantastic stay for families and will definitely return in the future!

We decided to stay at the hotel during the October half-term. I am glad that we made this choice. The hotel itself is immaculate, they have a team of people working tirelessly to ensure the communal areas such as the gardens, pool, lobby, etc are spotless. The rooms are cleaned daily, also to a high standard. The food is plentiful with a varied choice at lunch and dinner. The steak/beef wasn't great, pretty tough, but the rest was delicious, fresh, and flavourful. There are queues to get your food during the themed evenings (which are great by the way) but this is to be expected from an All Inc. holiday/hotel. The pool area is great and the waterpark is a fantastic touch for people with children of all ages. The location is decent, with a 10-15 minute taxi to Albufeira Old Town and a 10-15 minute downhill walk to the beach with a quaint little strip filled with shops, restaurants, and bars. I read reviews that the hotel staff were extremely friendly, but I didn't find this. They were nice enough but nothing exceptional.
What was exceptional was the animation team and in particular Pedro. Pedro is an absolute master of his craft. I have never seen anyone hold the attention of so many young children at once and for such long periods. He is very funny and gets the children excited and having a great time at the mini-disco. Most of the adults too. My daughter loved Pedro and he was great with her. 3HB YOU MUST RETAIN HIS SERVICES, he is an absolute gem.
All in all, we had a great time and would be more than happy to return. Provided that Pedro is still there!

I can not fault this hotel we went as a family of 2 adults 8yo and 13yo. The hotel is immaculate one of the cleanest I have stayed in. The staff are helpful and friendly. Our room was large with complimentary toiletries. Towels and beach towels are provided at no extra cost. The Food is great with different themes each night. Large selection of drinks acholic and soft including slushes and a great snack area with things like pizza, tosties chips and burgers which The kids loved. Ice cream and ice pops also available. The evening entertainment is OK with a kids disco and bingo followed by a main act. The magic show was the highlight. Day time activities like archery and water aerobics are available if you want to the entertainment team are not over bearing so if you don't want to get involved there's no pressure. There's a lifeguard at the pool all day too. The water is very cold but didn't stop the fun. There's a teens room with games console available in the afternoons and a games area with pool tables ect that are 1 euro each go. This is definitely a family friendly hotel and probably wouldnt recommend for adults or couples. We had a late transfer and were able to have our room until 1pm on the day of travel just ask at reception. There is a supermarket and pharmacy 5 mins walk away and a small beach with a few shops and bars 10 mins walk away. I would definitely stay here again. If you go to Zoomarine its about 20mins away in an uber and cost around 10 euros. Old town is about 10 mins away in uber and costs around 6 euros. If you book any trips we absolutely loved the Jeep Safari. We had a wonderful holiday. Thankyou.

Overall, top rating and completely deserved, despite initially going in with some reservations, which is why it was a pleasant surprise.

Regarding the cleanliness of common spaces, it was also evident that there was particular care in trying to keep everything clean, despite the inappropriate behavior of some guests (not very careful about making and leaving rubbish...)
Food: For 8 days there was always variety in the main meals, and during the day there were also good options (toasts, fruit, salads, fish fingers, hot dogs,...)
Service: Overall, everyone was friendly and helpful.
Pools: There is a main swimming pool, and the best compliment I can give is that whenever we arrived at the pool we were always able to find free sun loungers, something that is sometimes difficult in other hotels. There is also a mini water park which is another asset of the Hotel.
In short, it was worth it, and in terms of service it is always an option for the future, and the negative point ends up being the price, as it makes no sense to pay higher prices for 8 days than in the Caribbean. But this is a point for reflection by those who set prices.

My first all inclusive, at a very good price, I was a bit anxious as I assumed that quality would not be good, but I was completely wrong. First impressions of the hotel were really good, very impressive reception area, stylish seating and gleaming floors. The receptionist was friendly and explained how everything worked and how to find everything we needed. Our appartment was spacious and airy, all spotless, the bathroom was particularly nice with lots of towels. The air conditioning was really efficient, so we didn't need it on for long. Our rooms could be cleaned every day if we wished, and towels were changed 3 times during the week. We could also borrow pool towels from reception, every day, and they were happy for us to take them to the beach. The pool was big and beautiful, surrounded by well tended lawns, trees and beautiful gardens, with lots of sun loungers. There was an attendant at the pool all day too. The attractive low-rise apartment blocks surround the pool, with balconies overlooking it, although ours was at the back, which was more private.
The food was really good, lots of variety and choice with favourites and new things to try every day, including themed nights. Freshly made pancakes were a great favourite every morning. Different salads every night were popular with the adults. The only disappointment was the coffee from the machine, which was sweet no matter which option you tried, and the cappuccino was more of a mocha. Coffee was also available from the pool bar, but was very hit or miss depending which staff were on duty. We stuck to tea. However everything else was spot on. The choice of drinks was very wide, I particularly liked the white wine available at dinner. The pool bar had beer, cocktails and spirits, which were good brands. There was also a snack bar available when the dining room was closed, which included fresh fruit and salads, as well as the expected fries, burgers etc, and made for a handy light lunch when we returned mid afternoon from our day out. The children loved being able to pick up a hot dog, drink or ice cream at any time.
There were plenty of other activities too, children's clubs, table tennis, giant chess, a games room, and entertainment in the evening. No-one pressured you into joining in, but there were activities if you wanted them.
This was a very family-friendly hotel with something for everyone, friendly staff and all areas spotlessly clean. And just 10 minutes or so stroll down to a beautiful small beach with shops and cafes. There was another larger beach just a few hundred yards further on, also with cafe and facilities. This was our first holiday abroad since covid, and it couldn't have been more enjoyable.

We had a fabulous time at this hotel and have just got back. When we arrived at the hotel our room was not ready but the hotel stored our suitcases and we were told that if we go for lunch it should be ready shortly after. The food provided in the main dining room was lovely. There are plenty of options and we were always full after every meal. After lunch our room still wasn’t ready, however we were given towels and water and accessed our suitcase to get the children’s swimming costumes so we could start enjoying the pools. Our youngest daughter was not 6 and was weighed in reception to make sure she was 20kg to go on the water slides. Luckily she was, as she would have been so disappointed to not been able to go on them with her sister. There were plenty of sun beds available at the splash park so we could sit and watch the children have fun! The room was ready shortly after and we were very pleased with how clean and spacious it was. Our room over looked the pool/bar area. If we did not stay to watch the entertainment all night, you could still hear it in the apartment, however my youngest daughter managed to get to sleep no problem. The entertainment finished between 10-11 pm everynight so it wasn’t an issue for us. The big pool is extremely cold when you first get in but within 10 seconds you get used to it and was lovely. My daughters went to kids club for a few activities such as bracelet making, T-shirt painting and slime making which they enjoyed and I was pleased with the security of the club. Whilst we were there it was my daughter’s birthday she was given a small present that consisted of a 3HB T-shirt and cap with a personalised message from the hotel staff which was a lovely surprise. She wore the cap for the rest of the holiday with pride. All the staff were friendly and polite and the management team were very visible at all points of the day walking around. To get a sun bed by the main pool you did have to be an early riser but since we spent most of our day there, it was a small price to pay. It is unfortunate that people would reserve sun beds early in the morning and then not turn up until after lunch! The snack bar was lovely and my daughters enjoyed the freedom of going down and grabbing a snack to bring back to the sun beds. I have noticed on some reviews that people have said that the cocktails are pre-made, this isn’t exactly true. The cocktails do come from a machine, however they are made on request with the spirit bottles attached to the machine and the correct amount of alcohol and juice/soda given for the cocktail that you have asked for. I thought this was a good way of doing it as in previous hotels we have had to wait a long time for staff to get the spirits from each bottle of alcohol then add the mixer. Every person who worked at the hotel who we came across were very friendly and polite. The entertainment team have a lot of energy and interacted well with children and adults. My partner who prefers to not visit a hotel more than once as he likes to try new places said he would happily go back as it was a fabulous holiday. We really enjoyed our time at Clube Humbria and were sad to leave, however we will be back. Thank you for the memories!
