We booked a room via a tourism agency. When we arrived in Crete we were told we had to be accomodated in another hotel because this one was overbooked!? The new hotel was located in the city nearby, having totally different beaches around and overcrowded. We went back to this hotel at our expense and insisted we get what we...

The apartments were of a good standard, modern, clean and comfortable, there was only one fault.... wifi was not available in the newly built apartments. The owners were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay a pleasant and great experience . The breakfast had various Greek specialties as well as the usual generic cereals and jam. Dinner...

Very pleased with the hospitality of the place, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and bright new. It's a family run hotel and the difference is very apparent as far as the friendliness is concerned. Food is good at the hotel but we mainly ate out in the local restaurants which are very traditional. The village has...

We stayed for a week, the location was very good for chilling and peaceful rest- not far from the sea. Most of the visitors were families/couples- no loud party people :D Room was studio-type, large with the small kitchen inside, balcony- clean and nice. Tasty breakfast and dinner! Really good and friendly stuff. Minuses-there was no wi-fi in the room...

The hotel is really ok, the rooms are clean and big enough, the staff is friendly, I recommend it especially for families with children, but it's ok for couples too. The BIG problem: it was very hard to get a room to this hotel, even if we'd paid for it months before and we had vouchers for staying there. They...

We arrived late at night since our flight was delayed. Fortunately the staff was available and saved our arrival at Crete. They gave us a great room with a pool view. The breakfast was amazing. Everybody who worked there was friendly. Among our best choices for Crete. I highly recommend it !

Me and my wife stayed here from 24th till 31st of July 2016. First night we were forced to stay in another place, the owner gave us some excuses but we all know it is overbooking. We didn't mind, the room we got for the first night was nice enough. Rest of the holiday we stayed in a nice small...

We stayed there with our family, 2 adults + 2 children (teen boys). We arrived quite late and got very warm welcome from hotel hostess Katerina. She sugested us to have our dinner first and then we did check in. It was very nice from her, as we were really hungry:) Our room was an apartment with garden view in...

Family owned hotel. Good for families with kids. Very friendly stuff. Food is very good and also varies a lot every evening. It's quite near the sea - maybe 200 meters. Has shops and car rental near by. It's quite easy to visit other cities/villages from there or just head to the beach to spend the day.
