Just returned from 12 nights where we had a nice holiday but there is definitely room for improvement: bedroom was very small for the 3 of us, bathroom could certainly do with a makeover, maid came every day and even though the towels and bedding were changed frequently, she only gave it a quick looking at. Not enough sunbeds at...

We had dinner at the restaurant at Panorama hotel and were treated very rudely by the waiter, who, when we remarked that the meat in the burger must have been out of date, started insulting us and saying his father was the cook and that they were eating the same food. Very poor customer service, and very bad food so...

Just back from a 2 week stay at the Panorama. Lovely family run hotel and such lovely people. Made us feel really welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Food in the restaurant was fab. Lots of it and really tasty. We felt like the odd ones out as every other guest were back for their 7th, 8th or in...

This was our 8th visit to the Panorama Hotel in Koukounaries. Like the previous 7 visits the holiday was perfect. Wonderful hosts, the family that treat you like family. Ambient atmosphere. Lovely pool. Splendid location near to Koukounaries Beach but also within walking distance of Mystique, Banana, Agia Eleni and Mandraki beaches. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff....

Dina, Apollo and the team made us feel very welcome. The hotel has lovely interiors and the rooms are way above the standard I have experienced on other greek islands. Very comfortable double bed, room cleaned spotlessly every day. Air con, safe and fridge all included in the price which makes a change...these things can really add up otherwise. The...

Stayed 10 nights in this hotel and must say that all staff worked very hard to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms clean at all times, we had a few problems with our door key card and the owner tried her best to sort the problem. We stayed bed and breakfast and the choice was reasonable with both hot and cold...

We stayed at the family run Panorama Hotel as a couple for a week in June 2016. Lovely hotel and gardens in a great peaceful location close to several beaches and with a view of the Strofilia Lagoon Nature Reserve opposite (managed to see a peacock crossing the road on one occasion!). Bus stop No 25 opposite meant no walking...

The hotel was very agreeable, a lovely comfortable room, a swimming pool (though not used by us as so close to a plethora of beautiful beaches) and a restaurant with consistently good food. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was cleaned every day. There are alternative places to eat nearby within easy walking distance. The local area...
