This was the favorite place that my family and I stayed on a weeklong trip visiting Mahe, La Digue and Praslin. We stayed in a similar range of accommodation on each island, but Mango Lodge was clearly the best spot. The location and views are amazing, giving a wide view of beautiful Anse Volbert. The grounds were nicely landscaped with...

My family of 4 spent two nights in the Mango lodge and it was wonderful. What a view! It comes with a price though. The road up is not for the faint of heart. A stiff walk or a narrow drive. Either way, it's worth it. My daughters loved all the animals. Dogs AND rabbits. Having dogs around can lead...

Mango lodge despite situated very far and a long walk to the road, is simply an amazing place to stay. Awesome views of the Indian ocean and Cote D'Or area the lodge is the perfect place for a hideaway holiday or for couples. Complete and total tranquility. Breakfast is good and the general room service is OK. I would recommend...

We had the most incredible experience staying in the superior apartment with an open balcony. The view is absolutely amazing and definitely worth the hike up the hill:) If you do not fancy walking up the steep hill consider renting a car and visit Praslin's two national parks and numerous beautiful beaches. There is no free wi-fi at the lodge,...

We were prepared this isn't 5 star, it's more like deluxe camping, if you keep that in mind you will love this place!! I knew the views were amazing from others photos and reviews but WOW when we first walked in and saw that view I was blown away!! The whole little cabin is just adorable and has all the...

We chose Mango Lodge because reviews raved about its position overlooking the Cote d'Or beach and the bay looking towards Curieuse. We knew it would be a bit of a slog walking up from the beach but as others have discovered the huffing and puffing is well with while. The view from our balcony was stunning. We had arrived in...

For those who are looking for the perfect view, the nicest staff, and absolute privacy, this is the best choice. We staid 7 nights and didn't have a car, so we walked every day, which can be a little tiring, because it's about a 15 minute walk uphill, quite steep. But it's definitely worth it. They give you a simple...

As everyone else has said on here that main attraction of this place is the view - WOW! is all i can say - i don't think i have ever stayed anywhere with such a view! The actual apartments are very nice - maybe a little rough around the edges but i guess that is part of the rustic charm!...

As many of the reviewers have already mentioned, this place features a fantastic panorama, which is worth the walk up the hill (a very good exercise, by the way). The first day I just did not want to leave the chalet! The location also makes the place not too hot and not that humid, as opposed to the properties down...

The lodges are beautiful and so well maintained. The staff cannot do enough for you and are so welcoming. If you only stay at this hotel for one thing then it is the view. Any description I give you now will not do it justice. It is stunning and so beautiful at sun set.
