We visited this hacienda with family for a delightful day. We had breakfast under a canopy of umbrellas in the courtyard and later walked around the grounds to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The staff is friendly and helpful and the whole area is very peaceful and relaxing. The pool is amazing with a tall grotto structure that even provides some... More

This hotel is a well converted former colonial sugar factory that provides a beautiful setting with spacious rooms, and a wide range of facilities including pool, gym, spa and hairdresser. We found the service to be helpful, friendly and efficient.

Came for 4 days with my family to celebrate birthdays. The boys had a great time, there is a place of the pool dedicated to them. The old hacienda is wonderful. Service could not be better. Sunday brunch to die for! Food is good although on the 4th day you start wondering what to eat from the menu. A great... More

You can transport yourself to the splendor times of this property, enjoy a reparing rest sorrounded by incredible grounds. The gardens are splendid, the pool is excellent, the food was very good. The Hacienda was used in a very famous Mexican classic movie "Los Gavilanes"

Visited the hotel as part of a work convention. As we were distributed thru the hotel I got the rooms on the right side of the lobby across the small pond and fountain. There were two groups at the hotel and I must say the service was quite good. Overall I recommend the property. Make sure you have plans as... More

Access roads to the hotel are narrow and would suggent using a GPS to get there. Once you enter the premises you will forget what it took to get there. Overwhelming gardens, perfectly maintained, every corner hold a surprise. Rooms are well kept with classic hacienda furniture, very well kept. i believe the only áreas of opportunity are the bathrooms... More

Stayed for several days at this hacienda near Cuernavaca. Don't be put off by the drive through the totally walled neighborhood that is as attractive as a rat's maze. When you get to the grounds, you'll find an expanse of beauty in the crumbling exterior walls and beautiful lawns and gardens of the former sugar and alcohol factory. Our rooms... More

We traveled with our family and friends from the U.S. to this resort for our son's wedding. We experienced one of the most delightful stays ever. The accommodations are charming, full of character and quality. The food and amenities are excellent. However, the most impressive feature was the staff. They made us feel so comfortable and at home. Their attention... More

The place is great. Lovely gardens and charming buildings. I went with all family and booked all kind of room types. Master suites and jr suites are huge/ok in size. Standard rooms might be a little small and with certain minor maintenance issues. Food is ok; not outstanding but nobody got ill like stated in other reviews from this hotel.... More
