Access roads to the hotel are narrow and would suggent using a GPS to get there. Once you enter the premises you will forget what it took to get there. Overwhelming gardens, perfectly maintained, every corner hold a surprise. Rooms are well kept with classic hacienda furniture, very well kept. i believe the only áreas of opportunity are the bathrooms...

Stayed for several days at this hacienda near Cuernavaca. Don't be put off by the drive through the totally walled neighborhood that is as attractive as a rat's maze. When you get to the grounds, you'll find an expanse of beauty in the crumbling exterior walls and beautiful lawns and gardens of the former sugar and alcohol factory. Our rooms...

We traveled with our family and friends from the U.S. to this resort for our son's wedding. We experienced one of the most delightful stays ever. The accommodations are charming, full of character and quality. The food and amenities are excellent. However, the most impressive feature was the staff. They made us feel so comfortable and at home. Their attention...

The place is great. Lovely gardens and charming buildings. I went with all family and booked all kind of room types. Master suites and jr suites are huge/ok in size. Standard rooms might be a little small and with certain minor maintenance issues. Food is ok; not outstanding but nobody got ill like stated in other reviews from this hotel....

The hotel is amazing, very big and with beautiful gardens. Great if you are looking for a place to relax. Rooms are the right size. Food is great, please try the breakfast buffet, although service at night might be a little slow.

Location is a little off track, but stunningly beautiful. Room was clean and well maintained but not too spacious. Given the excellent climate I would have preferred natural ventilation through windows with mosquito net, however the aircon was sufficient. Service in restaurant and catering got some room for improvement, just a lack of attention in general.

We were there for a wedding and were blown away with the property. The hacienda itself, the gardens, the church, everything was beautiful. We had a fantastic room (207 - try and book it) which I assume we were assigned randomly within the Deluxe King rooms. Ample, very comfortable and amazingly with its own patio (see photos). We decided we...
