My room did not have a window, this is the only downside. Coffee and tea and cookies are available for free, the room was quiet, the hotel is in the city center, many cafes and shops around, close to free bus line.

I was here with 5 of my friends, and stay in their double room. Got two queen bed, which is quite comfy. Near with Sg. Nibong Bus Station and Tapak Pesta Penang. Just a walking distance. And have a few restaurant near to this hotel....More

Room a bit pricey and very out dated also WiFi signal is very low and unstable. Location also not strategic a bit far from Georgetown.
