Travelled via RCI Timeshare Exchange - Certainly not a Silver crown resort in comparison to the many others we have visited. Had an enjoyable week but Basic accommodation although very clean with towels and bedding changed nearly every day. Loud music played around pool so not the place if you want to relax. No lifts in part of the hotel...

The hotel from the outside looks welcoming and the reception is very clean and modern. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful. What seriously let this hotel down was the rooms. Don't go by the pictures on the website, the rooms are awful. Of all the things in the room that should not be cheap and rubbish, the bed...

Spent a week here early January, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Apartment well attended to every day apart from Sunday. Although we had an apartment facing road we did get sun all afternoon. On arrival we found tv all foreign channels and on request someone came and tuned it into BBC and ITV. We required extra pillows and they...

The grading jumps from average (3 dots) to very good (4 dots) I would describe this complex as good. My partner and I enjoyed a fortnight here at the beginning of January. On arrival reception carefully tried to meet our preference requests (i.e. top floor, oven, and sun facing). We were told that 3 apartments remained, none of which met...

Just back after staying here for 3 weeks, had a fantastic stay after a few blips to start. Arrived xmas eve and receptionist couldn't find our booking on his list, however he gave us a 1 bedroom apartment as there were no studios available which was all good, room 334 was great, looked onto road but that was fine as...

Hotel was clean and tidy, staff very friendly. The food in the restaurant is lovely although it is slightly expensive. Myself and my partner booked bed and breakfast which was a great deal. Lots of local restaurants that are cheaper! Rooms are fantastic and cleaning service daily. Close to the coast and about 10 euros away from Los Cristianos (lovely...

We booked this hotel for family vacation. Overall I have to say this is great hotel but really silent area. Recommend to stay here if you have a rental car and explore island on your own. Stuff ok, everything tide and clean. Great price performance. Keygans bar is hot spot and really friendly staff and great place to drink and...

The only reason to book this hotel was the heated pool. And it was freezing thoughout the week. So that's about that. The site itself is outdated, but some renovations are underway. Cleaning is in a very good standard, though. Location is in the middle of nowhere, so you def need a car to see the rest of the island.
