Travellers' Choice
In the magnificent Gulf of Lava, very quiet and still preserved, and the feet in water, ideally placed to enjoy the sea and nature in the heart of the Gulf of Lava on a beautiful and large sandy beach. Hotel directly on the beach bar and restaurant on a terrace facing the sea . All rooms are fully renovated in 2019

Excellent hotel by the sea. Between sea and nature, there is everything you need to relax. The rooms are new and the staff is very nice. Bar and restaurant with sea view and boat rental, jet ski, paddle... near the hotel. It is necessary to have a car to move around and to visit the region.

The hotel, bar and restaurant are right on the beach. We only spent one night but amazing experience. A very nice way to start our week in Corsica. Prices are really reasonable and service was really nice. Rooms are all new , very comfortable and spacious. with a patio.

Ideal for a beach holiday .Unsuitable for excursions at night. (roads sinuous and badly light). Service and rooms excellent. More suitable for families and young couples- rather noisy at nights! Hotel restaurant good and breakfast excellent.

Dear Janicejenny, Thank you for your message. We understand that you found the road sinuous and complicated to take it at night. Our Restaurant and Bar stayed openend until late and we are glad that you did enjoy our rooms, just next to the beach. Our team remain at your disposal, Best Regards, Jean Marc

Visited in July 2019. From practical stand point - taxi ride from the airport is Euro 90. Without a car there isn't much you can do in the area where the hotel is. There is a grocery shop 3 min walk that sells all you might need, including umbrellas and beach towels, wine, fruit etc. If you google up grocery store it will tell you that the shop shuts from midday to afternoon, but that is only true for winter months. So if you miss lunch at the restaurant or would like to buy something light and have it in your room or on the beach, you can buy fresh bread, cheese, etc in the shop all day. Very useful to know that if you arrive at the hotel after 2pm, as the restaurant on the beach (only one) doesn't serve food till the evening - 7pm. There is a small café next to it. Hotel has an amazing restaurant right on the beach with great view of the sea and mountains. If you'd like a table on the terrace, you better book and you can even do it for every day of your stay in advance. One of the nights there was music playing very loud till very late and on another occasion there were teenagers drinking and setting something off which was making very loud bangs few times through the night. These were the only inconveniences. On the beach it is not crowded, which is amazing. There is a big variety of water activities to do as well, including kayaks and jetskies. Nearest pharmacy is 15 minutes drive. One thing has to be said about the people working at the hotel - they are lovely, helpful and very kind. Especial big thanks to the general manager of the hotel who went out of his way to help and took me by car to the nearest town to get to the pharmacy when my son needed medication. All in all, would recommend the hotel for sure.
