Booked two nights via Wowcher to see if it would be worth returning for a weeks fishing next year Accommodation good. 2 bed cottage. Both bedrooms ensuite. Slightly off putting not having windows in the bedrooms. Natural light channel in the ensuite helped during the day. Kitchen large and reasonably well equipped. No freezer or freezer compartment. Fishing was disappointing....

we stayed for 2 nights using a Groupon voucher. I had stayed before and was quite satisfied except for lack of cleaning materials (not even a dish cloth) We were unlucky this time as there was a lad next door who played very loud music. Admittedly it was only 8 in the evening but we couldn't hear the TV even...

I visited Netley Hall last week on a Living Social voucher. I was pleasantly surprised with the standard of the accommodation. We had two large bedrooms and two excellent bathrooms. It took us a while to work out how to use the hot water and heating but the info is all in a handbook in the lounge. My only criticism...

I booked a fishing weekend for my husbands birthday and we were both excited as the photo's on the website looked fantastic. How disappointing it turned out to be!. This is a self-catering holiday and I took with me ingredients to cook my husband a very special meal after his day fishing. However, we ended up with Sandwiches as the...

This review is with respect to its author misleading. The problem with the oven could not have been foreseen and the on site maintenance engineer attended within an hour or so of the fault being notified to us. He did extend his apologies but was unable to fix it. We have subsequently apologised for the inconvenience caused and replied to...

We visited here for 2 nights on a wowcher deal. We arrived in the evening and informed reception of our late arrival. They were very accommodating and left our cottage "magnolia" open for us with details about the wi-fi. What awaited us exceeded our expectations in every way. Kitchen: Very large with all cooking essentials and cutlery provided for. Microwave,...

There are lots of places of interest to visit as well as beautiful scenery and nice villages and towns, it is also close to Wales for further enjoyment.
