The resort is sandwiched between the water and the road, so there is lots of road noise. We stayed in the Sea Grape Suite which is very large, and very nice except that you have to run the hot water for a full 5 minutes before it's hot. There are only 2 stand up paddle boards, the carrying handles are...

Excellent value and excellent location. We loved it! Nice townhouses, clean, well maintained. Nice beach area on gulf side, great snorkeling right next door to resort office. Enjoyed kayaks and paddle boars- free for guest use.

We stayed here for 3 nights in unit 106 on the ground floor, facing the beach, so it was quiet with no noise from the busy highway. The super king bed was really comfy and the room was very well equipped with a full kitchen. The bathroom is tiny and you can only switch the light on at the same...

This resort could be a jewel. But it was a bit of a disappointment. This is located on a busy highway. It does not seem to be kept up. The room superficially clean. But the bed skirt was visibly dirty, the headboard and nightstand need cleaned. There was no ice machine. You have to go to the office to get...

I searched high and low for a month on where to stay in the keys for our vacation. I did well - Lime Tree Bay Resort exceeded my expectations!!!!! It is centrally located in the keys. The views are amazing. We saw 2 dolphins on our second morning there - doing their water dives along the beach. We had a...

This is my third year coming to Lime Tree Bay Resort with my bike club - we ride with the Wounded Warriors. The staff could not have been more helpful - large group of 19 - accommodating us. We stayed in the 3 br condos across the street - they have a nice back deck with bbq which we took...

3 generations (including a 9 year old) spent 3 nights here during Christmas break. Very clean rooms, lovely kitchenettes, comfortable beds. A/C, TV, Wi-Fi all good. There is no beach here (like most of the Keys) but there is a lot of waterfront with comfy lounge chairs, hammocks, bbq's, etc. Nice pool and spa overlooking water. Lots of recreational equipment...

Stayed here for three nights in Jan-17 with husband and two teen boys. Their statement of the hotel is "-Meh", that is ok, but nothing more. We got a small sea view room with a small two chair patio. Two queen beds that were too soft, to us. In the room were fridge, micro, coffee machine and a freezer. Good....

I've stayed at several Lux resorts in the Keys..This is in my top 3. Amazing staff and great suites/townhouse. Walk or drive to restaurants, tiki bars, views of bay/ocean were amazing and not crowded. Smaller property w/basic pool/hot tub/beach/hammocks. Only downside was our room was near storage area/dumpsters and outdoor smoking area. However, I would stay here again any day...
