The B&B is okay. Rooms are fine with a comfy bed but not updated. Nice shower and updated bathroom. Swimming Pool is old and small. The wow factor is the sunset you get, really beautiful! They also provide a normal breakfast.

We have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. They now offer a free breakfast at the restaurant next door. The rooms are comfortable, the view of the water is amazing and the staff is so pleasant and helpful. We could see sunsets from our private deck.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom townhouse across the street from the office, pool, etc. The rooms were nice although there were minor things that needed to be fixed--door handles that didn't lock, stove top damaged, etc. The beds were small but comfortable. Parking is limited but adequate. The only real problem with staying across the street from the pool...

Our trip consisted of visiting and staying in several places in the Keys, this hotel was one. The resort is located on the gulf side and very well taken care of the grounds are beautiful with sand everywhere, hammocks for laying around, a nice pool but no real beach area, the water has some sort of seaweed that accumulates at...

Very nice and well kept. Friendly and efficient staff. Our room was in the tall building on the 3rd floor, view was beautiful, we slept with the sliding door open and about 5:30am the traffic picked up along the road. It was noisy, but certainly tolerable. Room was large with large bathroom as well. We used the hammocks, pool, dock,...

Arrived into Fort Lauderdale and rented a car to drive down the Keys. Had 2 days so wanted to make the most. Lime Tree ideally sighted about midway down the Keys. So had time to see a few places on way south. Then stop over and travelled to Key West for the day and again a few stops in route...

Considering the insane prices of rooms in the Keys, this place is a great value. I see other reviews that remark about room noise but we didn't hear a thing; maybe we had quiet neighbors or maybe it's because we were upstairs. The whole place seems situated to place rooms toward the water, and almost everyone is on their porch...

Just an FYI, a canal room is located across highway one opposite of the main resort. Which during our stay was pretty busy. May not be an issue for individuals without children. The townhouse was clean and spacious.

This is a nice little resort in the middle keys. The units are recently updated and are very nice. The grounds are well kept and are very nice as well. They offer free bikes and kayaks to use which is a nice bonus. Breakfast is included. Sunsets are awesome and the staff is very friendly Highway 1 is very close...

The price was great; staff was great; location of the resort was great; cannot beat the view, grounds, pool, and hot tub. The only caution I have is regarding room selection. We stayed in an upstairs "mini suite waterfront" and it was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. We did have some extremely noisy neighbors, but no matter where...
