Nice clean rooms with large a big tv! Easy walk to the outlet mall right across the road, overall good location! We stayed in room 201 and the few things I wasn’t a fan that you can hear the people above you walking around (probably because the floors are not rug?) but you can hear the baby elephant feet above you lol also, ask for more towels as they only give us two in your room upon check in! Other than that, front desk staff was amazing and kind, the room was clean and we enjoyed our stay!

Need staff to clean the rooms, you cannot expect guests to line up at the front desk to get new towels because they stay more than one night. Stains on the washroom floor when we arrived. Line up at the food buffet and the staff are unable to handle the rush (short staffed) Staff capable but not enough.

This hotel is perfect for a one night stay, but if you're wanting to stay longer it does not provide daily housekeeping services. Although listed as 'pet friendly', additional fees are paid for cleaning services that do not take place and there is no designated 'pet friendly' outdoor area to walk our dog and we found this very stressful. From within our room, the hotel was very noisy - the vibrations from the guests above us when they were walking around their room caused items on our desks to shake about. Perhaps that's why they installed a room ventilation system that's so loud? Our room was $300/night which was way to expensive given the services offered.

This hotel is located right across the outlet mall which was great!
The service was okay. It all depended on who you were dealing with.
The lady who worked breakfast while my team and I stayed there was so pleasant to deal with, always had a smile and kept up with such a busy few mornings as there were a couple teams staying.
Check in and checkout was fine. They had delicious cookies at the front desk that everyone loved and was available throughout the day.
The rooms were not clean though. I booked 4 rooms under my name and 2 of the 4 were dirty with left over hair strewn all over the bathtub and floor. Our tub ended up clogging, so we were given another room.
The common space was a great place to hang out and there was plenty of space for everyone. They also have a large meeting room, which was good to have meetings, team meals in or watch a hockey game with friends (as I noticed while staying there).

The location is great for going to the Canadian Tire Centre. It is within walking distance so you don’t have to pay for parking. The room was clean and was restocked on a regular basis. We stayed 7 nights and the price was fair. The only issues we had were the beds aren’t overly comfortable and are kind of stiff so I wouldn’t recommend if you get a sore back easily. Also the breakfasts were absolute trash. Whatever kind of bacon they were trying to pass off whether it be Turkey or chicken bacon was just dry day after day and it was your only option for meat 6 out of 7 days we were there. The eggs were also way below average and the only decent thing at breakfast were the bagels. If you’re looking for a decent breakfast go down the road to the other Wyndham hotel. It has many more options and comfy beds. Just a longer walk to the arena and a little bit more expensive. Noise isn’t too much of an issue here either unless you have somebody running up and down the halls. They had a couple of hockey teams staying at the same time so the place was full of kids running but they usually stopped early enough to not cause a disturbance. The rooms are pretty sound proof if you want your TV a little louder. Besides breakfast and the uncomfortable beds this hotel was nice. The staff were always friendly and willing to answer any questions we had too. We received excellent service at the front desk and by the cleaning staff. Very impressed with them.

We arrived at 10:30pm with my 2 year old. As soon as we lifted up the blanket and there were black stuff everywhere. It was traumatizing. We asked for a different room and the floor looks like it haven’t been mopped for years. I wouldn’t recommend this place. When I asked them for compensation they said they gave me late check out that usually cost 125$. Poor management.

And also accurately described amenities.
I was told that the room had no fridge or microwave, so i packed a 12v cooler. But it had both. No big deal but would have been one less thing to worry about.

The hotel does NOT have a pool or spa, just a big concrete room where it may one day go. Room were incompletely serviced (missing amenities) and staffing levels too low. Breakfast is nice with 3 hot items, breads, cereals, yoghurt, and hot and cold beverages. Fruit options consisted of apples and oranges.
