We have been coming here for years. The owners Dave and Sue do a wonderful job The pool and hot tub are beautiful. Love the Aqua Zumba class on Saturday morning. What a great idea. It is nice to have something just for the adults.

Unfortunately this is the second year in a row I have encountered so much disrespectful, rude and inappropriate talk to the children from one particular kids activity director. In 2015 in front of a group of kids receiving glitter tattoos she yelled at my 7 yr old daughter that she needs to learn patience. I was standing beside her when...

Although it is a little expensive compared to others, you pay for location and the shear nunber of activities this place puts on for the children. My 11 and 9 year old all but disappeared and we qould have to hunt them down and force them to eat as they were having so much fun. The theme weekends are awesome,...

We dined with friends after a golf game at Smugglers Glen and could not have chosen a more perfect spot. We dined on the patio and the atmosphere was lovely. The service was professional and the waitress efficient. We started with the homemade mushroom soup which, although being different, was extremely tasty. My husband had the arctic Char and commented...

This was our second stay at this campground, our first trip being about four years ago. Although not much has changed, the grounds are still in impeccable condition. The grounds are stunning, the pools are in good shape, the bathrooms are still nice (although just starting to show their age), and there are numerous activities for kids. This campground is...

We just got back from two nights at the campground. We were travelling with teenagers who were looking forward to the WIFI and activities they advertise of. Very disappointed. They couldn't even open a web page at our site with the WIFI. The description of the campground and the rates do not compare to other premium KOAs we have stayed...

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that the wifi was not up to your expectations. During your registration there were several signs that pointed out that are campground building had been struck by lightning and that several parts of our system was destroyed. Though it is not our fault I do apologize for this inconvenience during your stay....

What wifi!? Why advertise that you offer wifi if you have no intention of providing it. My 14 yr old is hard enough to drag out, but when I mentioned that he would have wifi, he stopped complaining. That is u till we arrived! I'm all for camping without electronics, but not impressed with unethical business practices.

We have camped at this campground twice a year for the past couple of years. The staff are very pleasant to deal with and incredibly helpful. We love that the campground is spotless and washrooms are cleaned very frequently. Our kids love the programming and activities throughout the weekend. We generally take our bikes with us and use them to...
