Overall a good experience. It is delightful to find a hotel that has efficient facilities but has not stripped the interior of all historical personality! The lobby and open areas were very attractive. Our room had some nice old furnishings but it was sparse and the bed and night tables were of a poor quality. The bed definitely needs to...

Beware!!! Make sure you check in on time or you will find yourself on the street in the middle of the night! We booked and payed for the room online. Our train London - Paris was delayed and by the time we rented a car and drove to the hotel it was middle of the night. Yes, middle of the...

I understand your point of view. Now mine is that the mobile phone number written on your reservation was not available. I sent an e-mail but I had no answer. The reception is supposed to close at 10:00pm, as written on your booking. I waited for you until 01:00am. I left a message for you on the door of the...

Having a very old room from the 80's with 2 small beds, old fabric bedhead, carpet flooring , an old fleece blanket instead of duvet, not even a water bottle and no mini bar at all, at least for mineral water I wonder how this could be a 4 star hotel. If like us you are here for business you...

We stayed one night here with our three children in the family room. Very clean and comfortable with helpful staff. The town is pretty and surrounded by vineyards. We didn't have breakfast the next morning as we were pushing on quickly, but it looked lovely.

Ideal location to visit wineries of the Burgundy area. Family and pet friendly. Personnel are very friendly and attentive to guests requirements, provide helpful recommendations like where to go for wine tasting or where to eat. Bedrooms are very comfortable and bath rooms are spotless clean. Definitively will come back!

We stayed for just one night whilst traveling to the Alps. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had the cured met and cheese platter for a treat which was great. Did not see much of local area since was such a short stop. Will use again!

We stayed on 29 December in the Chambertin room. The room was comfortable. The lady at the reception was extremely helpful to find a local restaurant for us to eat in the evening and booked it for us. She also helped me in my shopping for gifts and suggested a lovely and colourful shop in Gevrey. Breakfast was good with...

We stayed here for one night, we would have liked to have stayed longer. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Although the hotel does not have a restaurant, the management and staff (who are all very helpful) can advise various places to eat in the area. The hotel also provides secure parking. Breakfast was first class, with refills of...

We organised to stop here on a walking tour from Dijon to Meursault. It was perfect for us, comfortable, welcoming staff, quiet. All we could have wanted. We'd pre-booked dinner at a local restaurant, Chez Guy, which was delightful.
