Le Village de la Pointe is cherished for its tranquil atmosphere, with guests frequently commending the serene environment dotted with beautiful palm trees. While the rooms are generally considered comfortable and well-appointed, some guests have experienced issues with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The hotel's cleanliness and maintenance receive high praise, as does the friendly and professional service, although responsiveness can sometimes falter.
The amenities, including the pools and beach access, add to the enjoyment, despite occasional Wi-Fi and pool access concerns. Its prime location is a highlight, yet opinions on value vary, with some dissatisfaction regarding waste management.

We have known the village for several years and we feel that the team in place is committed to satisfying customers and improving. The takeaway meals are very good, the possibility of renting electric grills is very practical, the presence of a security guard at night is reassuring. In addition to an ideal location for board sports, the village is calm in the middle of a screen of greenery. The bungalows are comfortable. Many thanks for this excellent stay.

Warm welcome and generally very clean site: the cottages have almost everything you need (air conditioning, kitchen equipment, etc.), the swimming pools are very well maintained and the Village presents itself well.
A few aberrations, however:
- Impossible to receive the wifi signal in the bungalows located on the outskirts (the C-52 in our case)
- The village paths are not lit at night (I don't know if it's a malfunction of the lights) which meant that we had to walk in the dark two evenings in a row
- The reception asks you to sign the entry inventory before handing over the keys: I have never seen this elsewhere (and yet I travel a lot!). Their argument is that a prior check is systematically carried out by the hotel... which does not change the fact that an inventory is supposed to be contradictory and must therefore be carried out with the client
- The exit inventory is also carried out by reception without the presence of the customer, which is also very curious. This being said, the reception notifies possible problems before a possible deduction from the security deposit
- Shower gel is not provided which is also very strange for a holiday residence (in general, only lodges do not provide soap)
- The price of breakfasts is abnormally high (12 €/person!)
To summarize, I recommend but improvements remain necessary

Very pleasant and secure area, made up of lodges, bungalows and villas. Very warm welcome and cleanliness of the village and very good accommodation. The 2 swimming pools are pleasant and the La Palmeraie snack bar is nice for eating a pizza or a pancake. Please note, there is no entertainment in the village, but it is very good for peace and quiet. The only big downside is that we had booked a sea view lodge, and you absolutely have to book upstairs to hope to have a sea view, and even then, they put in far too many palm trees, to create a barrier over the road, but frankly , almost no one passes, and as a result, we hardly see the sea! the photo speaks for itself...the outdoor terrace is not furnished, it would be a plus for truly eating outside, otherwise, it is a kitchen open to the outside.

We went there for the third time and it was the first time that it was a disaster. Waste everywhere around the Bungalow and the garbage that overflows on the site! Also we arrived on a Sunday with our two children who was happy to enjoy the pool and that she surprises on Monday morning closed pool because there had been too many people so they had not dealt at first we were told that in the afternoon its would reopen to finally tell us in the evening that it would be on Tuesday morning to finally tell us maybe Wednesday. Our stay was to end on Tuesday at 2pm finally we shortened and at 10am we returned our keys. At the reception we are given the email to make a claim because we paid for services we could not take advantage of. Mail obviously remained unanswered!!! Honestly we are extremely disappointed and now we advise all our friends not to go there because in case of problem no one answers. A very vexing end to your holiday, 250€ in the wind!

Does the simple and important things very well! We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was clean and modern. The team on reception were absolutely delightful, and we had a warm welcome immediately despite the language barrier (our French is terrible, and their English is limited). We had such a laugh with them the whole stay!
Towels were provided and a couple of essentials for self catering. We liked the balcony kitchen idea and had a little view of the beach and sea in room 305.
It was approx 15 minutes walk into town for a couple of restaurants and the shop/pharmacy. The beach is 1 minute walk with numerous bars and restaurants too - although their opening hours are strange and there wasn’t much atmosphere considering it was the run up to Christmas.
We’d recommend hiring a car. Our taxi was 70 euros from the airport but as there was no wind for kite surfing we ended up hiring a car from Le Marin to tour the island. Anse Dufour is worth visiting - we snorkelled here and within 20 minutes we were swimming with turtles. An amazing experience.

Very welcoming and quiet village, very pleasant staff but the cleanliness of the bungalow is deplorable.
When we arrived we found a dirty pan in the dishwasher so we decided to wash all the dishes present.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable, traces of toothpaste were present in the sink and old dried soap was present near the shower drain.
The ventilation nozzles are disgusting, after the 3rd we had difficulty breathing for some.
At the end of our stay we asked where it could come from and that's when we noticed that it also came from the air conditioning which seems not to have been cleaned for centuries (see photos).
When booking, the photos on the site do not in any way reflect the bungalow obtained.
Before you settle in, remember to check the cleanliness.

We had an excellent stay and are very grateful to the amazing staff. Marvie, Gladys, and Paula took excellent care of our group. Although the location requires a vehicle to get around, it is peaceful and good for anyone not looking to be in a crowded area. The cottages worked well for our group and include a kitchenette. We would definitely return here in the future!

A warm, friendly and attentive welcome. Direct contact is preferred, it’s so much simpler! All our wishes were granted; - Our stay was optimized for a duration of 15 days. - Ideal stay for our 92 year old grandmother who was able to swim in the swimming pool, - We enjoyed the shaded paths by the palm trees - Comfortable bungalows

Our stay at the Village de la Pointe was exceptional. As a Tourist Guide accompanying a group of American immersion students to learn French, I was impressed by the warm welcome and services offered. The team, including Marvie, Glawdys and Paola, was very attentive. Their smiles, availability, professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. The Village de la Pointe is a haven of peace.

The bungalows are very pretty and spacious, well arranged so as not to be overlooked, the bedding is quality, the campsite is very quiet, even when the occupancy rate is optimal, the staff is adorable, Listening and very responsive if necessary. Close to the sea and shops, 2 swimming pools. A magnificent stay, a total change of scenery and an island full of riches and discoveries to explore without moderation.

I'm afraid that the shops in the neighboorhood are still closed. There are approx. 2 shops in the village of Vauclin (20 minutes walk from the resort) but it's better to go there during daylight.
There are more places to choose from in the Le Vauclin area.
