Couldn't say enough nice things about this hostel/hotel. I stayed here for 1 night during my hike of the Quilotoa trail. By far the best hostel on the trail. It looks great, the staff is very friendly, they have a sauna and hot steam bath but the best part is the food (included in the price). Both the dinner and breakfast are the best I had in 3...

Great place & atmosphere, very good food and very friendly young international volunteer staff! We ran out of cash due to no CC allowed and no ATMs far and wide, so they allowed us to pay via PayPal...BUT with a 6% surcharge and 10% for extra cash payout - a bit of a rip-off! Otherwise it's THE Hiker Place with...

I am on the Word Race and my squad and I hiked the Quilotoa loop. A group of us were sick and took the bus rather than hiking, and once we arrived to the oasis that is Llullu Llama the staff took care of us and were so accommodating. Incredible food, coffee and tea, a llama on site, and wonderful...

Excellent and warm stay. Hiking is fun but also exhausting so really nice you arrive here, drink some tea and above all dinner what is served for all hostel guests. We slept in the dorm which was super cosy. Make sure you have a reservation or you might get disappointed.

This was our favorite hostel in Ecuador. Food is AMAZING, staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and location along the quilatoa loop is ideal. The directions to and from this hostel along parts of the loop are what helped us from getting lost! Tito and Balou (llama and dog) on site are the best. Would return to this hostel over...

We planned a 3-day hike to the Quilotoa Crater, and this was the first place that we knew we MUST stay along the way. Completely lived up to the expectation! We booked a private cabana which was amazing. We got rain-soaked during the last hour of our hike up to Isinlivi from Sigchos-- it was so nice to get our...

We stayed in cabana with private bathroom and with fireplace. Great view from the window and just couple of steps from hot tub and sauna. Food was very good and service (by volunteers working in the hostel) was exceptional.

Our group of 30 loved this hostel... it was a comfortable place to rest after a long day of hiking, and there was free tea and coffee to help you warm up, as well as cozy areas to gather. The hostel seemed clean and up-to-date. The best part about this hostel, though, is the amazing breakfasts and dinners included in...
