Yes this is an older motel but the rooms were excellent and clean. The new owners are working towards bringing this location back to life, and you have to start somewhere. There is free wi-fi, TV and free continental breakfast. We will certainly return again. Owners are an absolute pleasure! Bed was very comfortable.

The room we had did not have air conditioning, which I was unaware of when I chose it. No refrigerator or microwave in room. No ice machine on premises. We tried opening the windows to cool the room and discovered that only one window had a screen and that screen had a large hole in it. Exhaust fan in bathroom failed after 15 minutes. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly and rebated approx. half of the fee after we complained in the morning. This motel, at least the room we were in, was not worth anywhere near the rate charged. We found it unbelievable that the staff seemed to be unaware of the issues before we pointed them out.

Was good location for us as we were visiting the area.Found the hotel very clean, most comfortable beds in our travels for quite sometime.Very quiet &pretty setting.I called to reserve and front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating .we are really early risers and we had fresh coffee at 5.45 ,didn;t have to leave premises to get coffee.would recommend this hotel.Bonus having breakfast open at 6 a.m.

It's an older motel, but the young couple running it were very pleasant, and have obviously done some work to try and spruce it up. Doesn't have all the modern conveniences, e.g. They did not have wifi in every room, but were very accommodating about putting me in a room that did when I requested it. Nothing fancy, but very reasonable for the price.

The people at the desk could not have been nicer but the facility is very dumpy, rooms very musty, furniture very old. Couldn't even stay there, checked out and went to another Bouctouche hotel. Price was very high for what they had to offer. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
