Hotel without personality: rooms are clean , but the furniture and decoration are dated. There is no attention to details when it comes to maintenance: the walls are scratched, ceiling is stained from leaking, water is leaking outside during showers, toilet bowl needs detailed cleaning inside. A mini fridge supposed to be in the room, but it was only and...

I don't know why! The rooms were small but were super comfortable, very clean. The prices in the restaurant were ok...

We stayed here 2 nights. The room pretty small, with a lot of furniture. It smelled a little bit of mold, and it was mold on the wall. Unacceptable for 4 stars. Clean room and bathroom, good breakfast.

In a neglect spa town which looks stuck in circa 1970s communist Romania, the hotel is a novelty: well-appointed, brightly-lit, clean and quite attractive. But the regular rooms which have balconies are tiny, while the apartment suites have no balconies. The spa is OK although not memorable, and the restaurant is average. Still, probably the best choice in the town,...

Was here to speak at the Tusvanyos festival of politics and music (which if you speak Hungarian, is fantastic! - I don't, but had several friends there too) The hotel is very nice. Extremely smart, with a good breakfast. I didn't use any of the facilities, but the beds and rooms were super comfortable. The only drawback was a couple...

The rooms are not 4 stars room, you get a big LCD, we had a problem in the bathroom, the water wasn't draining properly, and the doors from the shower were broken, the heating was perfect, we didn't froze in the room even when outside was -15°C. The SPA area has a heated swiming pool, jacuzzi for 6 persons, one...

The hotel is welcoming, the personnel is nice, but seems a bit scared to engage the patrons. I have never received a smile or a hello without saying something first. The wifi was very good throughout the hotel The spa is nice, but the wet sauna doesn't really work, it doesn't get hot enough and the hot sauna's door has...

It was really great. The staff is very polite and the hotel, even if the rooms are small, is OK. What can I say ? 3 lovely days with the kids. All day long on the mountins and, in the evening, total relax at the SPA ( just till 9 pm, unfourtunatelly).
